Update(1315ET): After months of heavy fighting which has included airstrikes and an IDF ground invasion of Lebanon, it finally looks official. Israel’s Channel 12 and others are reporting Tuesday evening (local time) that the Israeli cabinet has approved a ceasefire in Lebanon.

In announcing the ceasefire, Netanyahu called out both Iran and Syria’s Assad. He stressed that Israel is “Determined to prevent Iran from having nuclear arms” and that Assad is “playing with fire” in his coordination with the Islamic Republic and Hezbollah. The prime minister also stressed that Hezbollah will be attacked if its fighters break the deal. Netanyahu added that the ceasefire deal means Israel will now focus on the Iranian threat. He pledged that all Israeli citizens in the north would be able to return to their homes.

“We were able to achieve many of our goals during this war,” he said. The ceasefire is expected to take effect Wednesday. Jerusalem Post writes, “Presidents Biden and Macron will announce the deal during the night, with the alleged agreement set to take effect at 10 a.m. tomorrow.”

Some Lebanese continue to have doubts that it will actually take effect or hold…

An Al Jazeera correspondent in Lebanon observes, “People in Lebanon were waiting for this speech. Despite the fact Netanyahu was talking about the Israelis ceasing the ceasefire any time they want, people will be cherry-picking the positives here.” According to more:

The Israeli prime minister talked about a “paradigm shift in security for Israel”. He mentioned every adversary in the Arab world you can think of, and he made it clear the ceasefire was done on their terms and according to their timing.

There is some truth to that. However, there are two conflicts being fought in Lebanon: there is the massive air campaign and Israel has wreaked devastating havoc across the country; but there’s also the ground incursion near the border in the south.

President Biden is expected to take credit for putting together the proposal which has been agreed upon.

Israel on Tuesday unleashed what eyewitnesses say marked the biggest airstrikes on Beirut yet, hitting 20 sites across the city’s southern suburbs within two minutes.

The Israeli military (IDF) said the air force conducted “a widespread attack” on Hezbollah targets there. “After issuing an unusually broad evacuation warning for 20 buildings in the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, a Hezbollah stronghold, the IDF said that within two minutes, it had struck all 20 sites,” Times of Israel writes. “The fast and extensive wave of airstrikes was carried out by eight fighter jets, according to the military.”

The targets were in the areas of Al-Hadath, Haret Hreik, and Burj Al-Barajneh – which are known Hezbollah strongholds. Residents were reportedly urged to evacuate. It’s being described as the highest number of buildings issued evacuation warnings by the IDF in a single day.

Dahiyeh, which has been a frequent target for strikes since the bombing raids began, saw huge plumes of smoke hovering above buildings in the aftermath. The area is home to some one million people. Also on Tuesday, the IDF began publishing evacuation orders for central Beirut, significantly outside any area considered a Hezbollah stronghold.

As for the ongoing ground offensive in southern Lebanon, IDF troops have as of Tuesday pushed the furthest north since the incursion began:

Israeli soldiers reached the Litani river in southern Lebanon on Tuesday for the first time since they began ground operations in the country in mid-September, marking a symbolic milestone in their campaign.

In recent days, social media video and Lebanese media reports have shown Israeli troops around the river near the town of Khiam, south of the river, where Hezbollah also says its fighters have engaged in heavy fighting with Israeli forces.

This ramp-up in attacks has come hours ahead of an expected major announcement that Israel has agreed to a ceasefire in Lebanon, with Times of Israel confirming in the afternoon (local time)–

“Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is meeting with his security cabinet now” as his ministers are “expected to approve a ceasefire in the fight against Hezbollah in Lebanon.”

An official statement from Netanyahu’s office is expected by 2 pm Eastern (per some local reporting). Not everyone is happy with it.

Former prime minister Naftali Bennett represents the anger of many. He pointed out in a fresh statement “Hezbollah still has its stockpile of tens of thousands of rockets.” He said this means “it can continue producing [weapons] and rearming.”

“An impressive military achievement by IDF soldiers and commanders is being translated into a total security-diplomatic failure,” Bennett stressed. Some Israeli officials are concerned that the truce arrangement does nothing to effectively alleviate the problems of northern Israel, which has seen some 80,000 residents indefinitely evacuated from their homes for more than a year. As for the current ceasefire deal on the table… will it actually hold?

On April 13th, 2029 an absolutely gigantic asteroid known as “Apophis” will come very close to our planet.  In fact, we are being told that Apophis will actually be ten times closer than the Moon as it zips past the Earth.  The good news is that scientists are assuring us that there is zero chance that this enormous space rock will hit us.  The bad news is that we cannot see Apophis right now, and if there is even the slightest change in the projected trajectory it could end up slamming into our planet.  Needless to say, if Apophis actually hits us it would be an absolutely cataclysmic disaster.

For years, I did not think much about Apophis because I simply trusted what the “experts” were telling us.  For example, NASA is unequivocally stating that “there is no risk of Apophis impacting our planet for at least a century”…

Asteroid 99942 Apophis is a near-Earth object (NEO) estimated to be about 1,100 feet (335 meters) across.

When it was discovered in 2004, Apophis was identified as one of the most hazardous asteroids that could impact Earth. But that impact assessment changed after astronomers tracked Apophis, and its orbit became better determined.

A radar observation campaign in March 2021, combined with precise orbit analysis, allowed astronomers to conclude that there is no risk of Apophis impacting our planet for at least a century.

That seems quite clear.

NASA is promising us that we do not have to worry about this giant space rock at all.

A planetary scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is telling us the exact same thing…

“Apophis is in the category of Potentially Hazardous Asteroids (PHAs)  —  asteroids with orbits that bring them very close to Earth now and for centuries in the future,” said Richard Binzel, a planetary scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. “What makes Apophis the poster child for potentially hazardous asteroids is that it will make the closest known approach to Earth of any large asteroid this decade.

“But the three most important things about Apophis are: Apophis will miss the Earth. Apophis will miss the Earth. Apophis will miss the Earth,” he told Space.com via email.

If our top experts are this confident, why are some people out there still concerned about Apophis?

Well, it turns out that there are several reasons.

First of all, this giant space rock is going to come extremely close to our planet.

In fact, we are being told that it will be “less than one-tenth the distance to the Moon” as it flies by us…

It will be a very close pass. Apophis will come within about 32,000 kilometers (20,000 miles) of Earth — less than one-tenth the distance to the Moon. The asteroid will fly below the altitude of some satellites, but should arrive on a trajectory that makes any collision highly unlikely.

In astronomical terms, that is a really, really close shave.  In all of human history, we have never had a giant space rock come so close to us.

Secondly, we cannot actually see Apophis right now.

We have not been able to see Apophis since the middle of 2021 and we will not be able to see it again until 2027…

There is another problem. “Apophis is in the daytime sky and unobservable from mid-2021 to 2027,” Paul Wiegert, meaning any change in its trajectory will go unseen until just two years before April 12, 2029. However, he adds that a single observation during 2027 would be necessary to determine whether the asteroid threatened “an impending Earth impact.”

If there is the slightest change in the trajectory of Apophis, it could hit us.

And we will not know if the trajectory of Apophis has changed until we are able to view it in 2027.

For the moment, our scientists are assuming that the trajectory of Apophis has not been altered at all, and that is what they are basing their optimistic forecasts on.

Thirdly, everyone agrees that Earth’s gravitational pull will have an impact on Apophis.

One way that our planet’s gravity will affect Apophis is by causing small tremors…

The researchers discovered that two physical processes — triggered by Earth’s gravitational tugs — will likely sculpt Apophis’ surface during its 2029 encounter. One is tremors that will probably begin an hour before Apophis reaches its closest point to Earth and continue for a short while after.

The tremors’ strength is difficult to estimate, Ballouz said. However, “Apophis’ gravity is about 250,000 times smaller than Earth’s,” he added. “So, we think that events of much smaller magnitude could plausibly shake things up on its surface.”

Could those tremors alter the trajectory of Apophis enough for it to hit our planet?

I don’t know.

We are also being told that the gravity of our planet could change how Apophis is “tumbling” through the sky…

The other process that could “refresh” Apophis’ surface is a change in its tumbling. Tumbling occurs because the asteroid doesn’t rotate on a fixed axis or time period; instead, it tumbles through space like a badly thrown football.

An unrelated 2023 study showed that Earth’s gravity would cause the asteroid to rotate either more quickly or more slowly depending on its orientation during the 2029 approach. The new simulations confirmed this finding. They also revealed that the changes in Apophis’ tumbling will cause the sloping faces of surface rocks to destabilize, potentially triggering landslides in extreme cases.

I always assumed that Apophis was sailing peacefully through the heavens in a very calm manner.

But it isn’t.

It is actually tumbling along quite violently, and if the spin rate of the asteroid changes just slightly that could change everything.

According to Professor Gareth Collins, if Apophis actually hits our planet the amount of energy released would be “equivalent to the explosive yield of the global nuclear arsenal”…

Collins estimates that if Apophis were to strike Earth at 45,000 mph (72,000 km/h) —  the average speed of asteroid impacts  —  the energy released would be about 10 billion, billion joules (a 1 followed by 19 zeros). “This is equivalent to the explosive yield of the global nuclear arsenal,” he said. “About 100,000 times more than the energy of the Chelyabinsk meteor and a million times more energy than the bombs dropped on Hiroshima.”

Can you imagine what that would look like?

When Neil deGrasse Tyson was asked about such a scenario, he warned that Apophis had the potential to create a tsunami that would wipe out the entire west coast of the United States…

Famous astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, in an episode of his podcast ‘Cosmic Queries’ discussed a threat posed by giant asteroids heading towards the Earth. In conversation with science author and cosmochemist Natalie Starkey, Tyson warned that a 370-metre wide near-Earth asteroid Apophis 99942 might spark a major tsunami that can wipe out the entire west coast of North America if it manages to hit the Earth.

That is crazy.

A wall of water hundreds of feet high would hit the west coast at blinding speed, and Tyson claims that virtually everything in the path of this wall of water would be instantly destroyed…

Tyson went on to explain how an impact in the ocean would trigger a tsunami, “If it goes through the centre, it will plunge down into the Pacific Ocean to a depth of three miles, at which point it explodes, caveating the Pacific in a hole that’s three miles wide. The 5 km-high wall collapses, falling back against itself and rising high into the atmosphere before falling back down to the ocean, generating tsunami waves.”

“So now you make a cavity a second time. This cycle takes about 50 seconds, you can calculate it,” Tyson added. “All the artificial stuff, all the houses, factories, they get churned into the force that sandblasts the entire west coast of North America clean.”

And because so much material would be thrown up into the atmosphere, there would be a period of global cooling that would spark a long-term global famine…

The long-term effects would be even more devastating, with widespread famine, disease, and mass extinction of plant and animal life. The impact would likely cause a mass extinction event, similar to the one that wiped out the dinosaurs.

So we better hope that this giant space rock does not hit us.

And for now, our top experts are assuring us that it will not.

But it is interesting to note that the European Space Agency will be sending a robotic spacecraft to “rendezvous with the asteroid in February 2029”…

The European Space Agency has given the go-ahead for initial work on a mission to visit an asteroid called (99942) Apophis. If approved at a key meeting next year, the robotic spacecraft, known as the Rapid Apophis Mission for Space Safety (Ramses), will rendezvous with the asteroid in February 2029.

Do they know something that we don’t?

Interestingly, Apophis was named after the Egyptian god of chaos, and it is approaching at a time when our entire planet is descending into a state of great chaos.

Hopefully our top experts are correct.

Hopefully this giant space rock will fly past our planet without causing a problem.

But for now we have no way of seeing it, and even the slightest change in trajectory could have absolutely enormous implications for all of us.

It appears that something really big is in the works.  All of a sudden, a number of countries in Europe seem to be really freaking out about what is ahead, and that seems very strange.  The war in Ukraine has been actively raging since February 2022.  So why are so many European nations now telling their people to prepare for war?  What has changed?  Do they know something that we don’t?

On Tuesday, Ukraine fired six long-range missiles that were provided by the United States into Russia.

On Wednesday, Ukraine fired twelve long-range missiles that were provided by the United Kingdom into Russia.

This is literally insane.

What would we do if another superpower was using Canada or Mexico to launch long-range missiles at us?

Needless to say, there would be millions of Americans screaming for us to use nukes against that superpower.

Well, right now there are millions of people inside Russia that want their government to use nuclear weapons against the United States and Europe.

Of course if there is a full-blown nuclear war, there won’t be any winners.  As I pointed out in this video, more than 90 percent of the U.S. population would eventually end up dead.

We should be doing all that we can to find a way out of this mess.

The war in Ukraine is not good for anyone except for the military-industrial complex, and so leaders on both sides should be seeking to sit down at the negotiating table while it is still possible to do so.

But instead of pushing for negotiations, a number of countries in Europe appear to be preparing for war.

For example, on Monday Sweden began to distribute more than 5 million copies of a booklet “advising its citizens how to prepare for war”…

Sweden on Monday started to distribute copies of a booklet advising its citizens how to prepare for war, as Nordic countries teach people how to brace for a potential Russian attack.

The 32-page brochure, which is also available in English and several other languages, advises citizens on warning systems, how to seek shelter during an air raid and even psychological and digital security.

Why would Sweden need to prepare for war?

Nobody is going to attack Sweden.

Something doesn’t smell right.

Sweden has not had to fight a war for a very long time, but apparently top Swedish officials believe that this is a very real possibility…

Civil Defense Minister Carl-Oskar Bohlin made waves in January when he warned: “There could be war in Sweden.”

Sweden’s then army chief Micael Byden also alarmed many when he days later said “Swedes have to mentally prepare for war.”

Sweden has not gone to war in more than two centuries.

Meanwhile, Finland and Norway are also suddenly interested in getting their citizens prepared for war…

As Norwegian paper Aftenposten recently reported, Norway’s citizens have also received similar “emergency preparedness” pamphlets because “in the worst case” acts of war could also affect Norway.

Finland’s government, too, has released a digital booklet to prepare citizens for “incidents and crises,” stating that the country “has always been prepared for the worst possible threat, war.”

In particular, Finland has become quite paranoid.

They are actually constructing a 10-foot-tall wall that is going to be 200 km long when it is finally finished…

Finland shares a 1,340-kilometre (830-mile) border with Russia and Helsinki has maintained a higher level of preparedness.

But after Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine, Helsinki announced plans to build a 200-kilometre border fence with Russia.

Three meters (10 feet) tall and topped with barbed wire, it is due to be completed by 2026.

Why would the Russians invade Finland?

The Russians have their hands quite full with Ukraine, and that isn’t going to change any time soon.

Once again, something is not adding up.

In Germany, an incredibly detailed document that is a thousand pages long contains intricate plans for a war with Russia…

According to a 1,000-page document entitled ‘Operationsplan Deutschland’, Germany would reportedly host hundreds of thousands of troops from NATO countries and serve as a logistics hub for sending huge quantities of military equipment, food and medicine toward the front.

A report by Der Spiegel in the summer said as many as 800,000 soldiers from the security bloc could be hosted by Germany as they transit to posts further East.

The German army is also instructing companies and civilians on how to protect key infrastructure and mobilise for national defence, envisaging a situation in which Russia expands drone flights, spying operations and sabotage attacks across Europe.

Why are they spending so much time and energy preparing for a hypothetical war with Russia?

If the Russians become convinced that an all-out war with NATO is inevitable, they won’t invade Europe with conventional forces.

Instead, they will use their nukes.

And the Europeans won’t be the first to get nuked.

We will.

As I have relentlessly warned my readers, Russia has been preparing to fight a nuclear war with the United States for a long time.

Their strategic nuclear arsenal is far superior to our own, their anti-missile systems are far superior to our own, and the subs that they would use to deliver a devastating first strike are so quiet that we cannot even track them effectively.

So let’s find a peaceful solution to the problem in Ukraine before events spiral completely out of control.

Because right now we are closer to nuclear war than we have ever been, and the death and destruction that a full-blown nuclear war would cause would be unthinkable.

What is it going to take for people to finally start waking up?  Warheads are literally raining out of the sky.  The Russians essentially simulated what a nuclear attack on Ukraine’s fourth largest city would look like, and yet most people don’t seem too alarmed.  The Russians only used conventional warheads, but they are clearly warning us that next time things could be very different. Meanwhile, we could see a massive escalation in the Middle East at any moment.  Jesus specifically warned us that the days just before His return would be a time of “wars and rumors of wars”, and if you haven’t figured out that we are living in a time of “wars and rumors of wars” by now, I don’t know what to say.

If we really are living in the end times, war is in our future.

In fact, Revelation 6:8 tells us that war will be one of the primary reasons why one-fourth of the entire global population dies during the seal judgments…

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

This is coming.

Maybe you don’t think it is coming right away, but if the Bible is true it is coming.

And at this moment we are closer to an apocalyptic global war than we have been since the days of World War II.

Yesterday, a British missile that was fired from Ukrainian territory hit a military base in Russia and wounded a top North Korean general…

A senior North Korean general was wounded in a recent Ukrainian strike in Russia’s Kursk region, Western officials said Thursday.

It is the first time Western officials have said that a high-ranking North Korean military officer has become a casualty in the escalating Russia-Ukraine conflict.

More than 10,000 North Korean troops are deployed in Kursk as the Kremlin tries to repel Ukrainian troops who mounted an offensive there in August, U.S. officials have said.

This conflict in Ukraine has evolved into a truly global struggle.

During a speech that he just delivered, the former head of the Ukrainian military boldly declared that World War III started in 2024…

Ukraine’s former military Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny said that the direct involvement of Russia’s autocratic allies in its war on Ukraine means that World War III has started.

“I believe that in 2024 we can absolutely believe that the Third World War has begun,” said Zaluzhny, who is now Ukraine’s envoy to the United Kingdom, during a speech at Ukrainska Pravda’s UP100 award ceremony.

“Because in 2024, Ukraine is no longer facing Russia. Soldiers from North Korea are standing in front of Ukraine. Let’s be honest. Already in Ukraine, the Iranian ‘Shahedis’ are killing civilians absolutely openly, without any shame,” said Zaluzhny, adding that North Korean and Chinese weapons are flying into Ukraine.

On the other side, Vladimir Putin is also acknowledging that what is happening in Ukraine is now a “global” war…

On Thursday President Vladimir Putin issued a stern warning in the wake of Ukraine launching long-range strikes on Russia’s territory utilizing newly approved US and UK long-range missiles.

“Kiev has launched a long-range missile strike against military facilities located within internationally-recognized Russian territory,” began his televised address by saying. He confirmed British-made Storm Shadow missiles and US-made HIMARS were fired targets located in Bryansk and Kursk Regions.

He said this action threatens to turn the Ukraine conflict into a global war. “A regional Ukraine conflict instigated by the West has acquired elements of a global one,” Putin spelled out, and noted that these systems cannot be used without the direct operational involvement of Western military specialists.

Putin warned us that bad things would happen if western leaders allowed Ukraine to fire long-range missiles provided by them into his country.

Of course western leaders decided to call his bluff, and then they found out how serious the Russians really are about their red lines.

Following the stunning attack on Dnipro, Putin went on television and admitted to the world that his country had just used a hypersonic ballistic missile to deliver those warheads…

Today Vladimir Putin gave an unscheduled live address to the nation. He claimed that on Nov. 19, six ATACMS missiles — and on Nov. 21, several Storm Shadow missiles — had been used by Ukraine for strikes against targets in Russia’s Kursk and Bryansk regions.

According to Putin, Russia retaliated on Nov. 21 with a combined strike against a Ukrainian defense industry facility. In addition, “a field test was conducted in combat conditions” for one of Russia’s newest medium-range weapon systems: a nuclear-free hypersonic ballistic missile. “Our engineers named it ‘Oreshnik’ [‘Hazel’],” Putin declared with a smile.

It didn’t have to come to this.

Donald Trump won the election, and Joe Biden and his minions should have allowed him to make the decision about whether or not to escalate the conflict in Ukraine.

But instead, it appears that they are trying to make it very difficult for Trump or anyone else to end this war.  I really like how Tucker Carlson made this point during a recent interview…

“If you doubt how serious the opposition is to the public, not just to Trump, but to the majority of the country that voted for him, They’re trying to leave him with World War III on the way out,” Carlson urged.

Russia is furious about the Biden administration lifting restrictions on use of US developed long range missiles, and Putin has repeatedly stated that such a move would mean NATO countries are at war with Russia.

Carlson continued, “I can’t imagine a more desperate or evil thing for Tony Blinken, who I think is desperate and evil, in my view, to do. Leave him with a war?”

Most Americans have no idea how much damage U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has done.

It will be so good to see him leave Washington.

But of course there are lots of other warmongers in D.C., and they will be pushing for the war in Ukraine to continue.

This didn’t have to happen.  Years of catastrophically bad decisions by the western elite have brought us to the brink of nuclear war.  For more than two years, our leaders have assured us that the Russians were bluffing and that they would never actually risk nuclear war.  But now that Russian warheads are raining from the sky, is there anyone out there that still believes such nonsense?

Last night, the Russians sent a very clear message to the entire world by pummeling Ukraine’s fourth-largest city of Dnipro with warheads from a ballistic missile…

Kyiv Air Force said today that Russia had launched an ICBM at the city of Dnipro in the early hours of the morning.

If firmed up, it marks the first time the nuclear-capable missile has ever been used as part of an ongoing conflict.

Unverified footage appeared to show warheads from the ferocious R-26 Rubezh raining down on Dnipro overnight, lighting up the sky with explosions.

In a video that I just posted on my YouTube channel, I shared footage of these warheads raining down on the city…

Originally, it was being reported that these warheads came from an intercontinental ballistic missile, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer called this “reckless and escalatory behaviour”…

And UK PM Keir Starmer blasted depot Putin for his “reckless and escalatory behaviour” after the suspected ICBM strike.

He warned that such a move would take the war to another level, calling claims of their use “deeply concerning”.

But shortly thereafter U.S. officials determined that it was a new intermediate-range ballistic missile and not an intercontinental ballistic missile…

Ukraine’s earlier claim that its territory had been struck by an intercontinental ballistic missile fired by Russia is being hotly disputed, hours after widespread reports first appeared. US officials are saying it appears to be a new intermediate-range ballistic missile and not an ICBM which targeted the central city of Dnipro

The NY Times has reported in follow-up of the attack that “several Western officials said that the weapon was not an ICBM and instead was likely an intermediate-range missile that flies shorter distances.”

Zelensky himself had claimed Russia used a new class of missile. “All the parameters — speed, altitude — match those of an intercontinental ballistic missile,” he said. “All expert evaluations are underway.”

During a surprise television address to his nation, Vladimir Putin confirmed that it was a new hypersonic ballistic missile that they have been working on…

According to Putin, Russia retaliated on Nov. 21 with a combined strike against a Ukrainian defense industry facility. In addition, “a field test was conducted in combat conditions” for one of Russia’s newest medium-range weapon systems: a nuclear-free hypersonic ballistic missile. “Our engineers named it ‘Oreshnik’ [‘Hazel’],” Putin declared with a smile.

Putin said Russia is within its rights to use ballistic missiles against “Ukraine’s military targets” and to use weapons against military facilities of those countries that have authorized the use of their weapons against Russia.

Of course the range of this particular missile is not really important.

What is important is the message that the Russians are sending.

They are clearly trying to warn us that next time it could be nuclear warheads that are raining down.

I guess they figured that their words weren’t getting through to our leaders, and so they better do something so over the top that nobody could misinterpret it.

Putin also warned that the Russians are “entitled” to hit the military targets of any nations that are supplying long-range missiles to Ukraine…

Putin also warned Russia was “entitled” to strike military targets of countries whose weapons are used by Ukraine to strike Russian territory in a thinly-veiled threat to the US and Britain.

Ukraine used British-supplied Storm Shadow missiles to strike inside Russia for the first time, a day after using US-made ATACMs to hit a military facility in Bryansk.

“In the event of an escalation of aggressive actions, we will respond just as decisively,” Putin added.

Do you understand what he is telling us?

He is trying to get us to understand that if Ukraine keeps firing long-range missiles into Russia, they could strike U.S. military targets.

In fact, the Russians have already publicly identified a new U.S. base in Poland as a potential target…

Russia has threatened to attack a new US defense base in Poland with “advanced weapons” — just hours after reportedly launching an intercontinental ballistic missile at Ukraine on Thursday.

Moscow leveled the warning after saying the opening of the ballistic missile defense base, located in the town of Redzikowo near the Baltic coast, would lead to an increase in overall nuclear danger.

“Given the nature and level of threats posed by such Western military facilities, the missile defense base in Poland has long been added to the list of priority targets for potential destruction, which, if necessary, can be executed with a wide range of advanced weapons,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

This is serious.

Sadly, most Americans have absolutely no idea that we are literally on the verge of all-out war with Russia.

The Russians have also declared that the UK is now “directly involved” in the war in Ukraine…

Britain is now “directly involved” in the Ukraine war after its Storm Shadow missiles were used to strike targets inside Russia, according to Moscow’s ambassador.

Speaking to Sky News’ Mark Austin, ambassador to the UK Andrei Kelin also said Ukraine was using “plenty of mercenaries from different countries” in the war.

Here in the western world, we have convinced ourselves that we are not at war with Russia.

But the Russians see things very differently.

The good news is that the Russians see Donald Trump as the last best hope to avoid the sort of all-out war that I have been warning about for years.

So we have a window of opportunity right now.

If we can just get to January 20th, the Russians are very eager to talk to Trump in order to see if something can be worked out.

But if they ultimately determine that they can’t work out something with Trump, all bets are off.

Let us pray that a peace agreement can eventually be reached, because if a full-blown nuclear war erupts most of the U.S. population will die.

Throughout this very long war, the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has continued to operate even though there has been a constant threat of missile strikes and drone attacks.  But now it has closed because it has received “specific information” that the Russians are about to conduct a “significant air attack”.  By the time many of you read this article, that attack may have already happened.  We don’t know exactly when the Russians will strike, and we don’t know what specific targets they will hit, but it appears that they are gearing up for something really big.

On Tuesday, the Ukrainians fired 6 long-range missiles provided by the United States into Russia.

Then on Wednesday, the Ukrainians fired 12 long-range Storm Shadow missiles provided by the United Kingdom into Russia…

Ukraine has launched several Storm Shadow missiles at targets in Russia’s Kursk region, the Express understands.

Images posted to Telegram purport to show fragments of the British-French-made missiles after explosions were reported in the village of Marine, Kursk, on Wednesday.

The Russians aren’t just going to sit there and absorb these strikes.

Everyone knew that a response would be coming, and now it appears that response is imminent.

Just a little while ago, the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv explained that it has closed due to specific intel that it has received…

The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has received specific information of a potential significant air attack on November 20. Out of an abundance of caution, the Embassy will be closed, and Embassy employees are being instructed to shelter in place. The U.S. Embassy recommends U.S. citizens be prepared to immediately shelter in the event an air alert is announced.

There are reports that the Russians are preparing to use Tu-95 and Tu-160 strategic bombers to strike Ukraine.  There are also reports that indicate that RS-26 long-range missiles may also be used.

These are very serious weapons.

When Joe Biden allowed the Ukrainians to use long-range missiles to strike Russia, we crossed a very important red line.

In fact, one of the reasons why this entire war started in the first place was because the Russians were determined to keep western missiles out of Ukraine.

Just imagine how we would feel if Russian missiles were being staged just south of the border in Mexico and they were being used to hit U.S. cities.

We should not underestimate the anger of the Russian people at this moment.

On Russian television, pundits are openly talking about how nuclear war with the western world appears to be inevitable, but our leaders just keep assuring us that everything is fine.  On Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin insisted that the Russians are bluffing and that there is no threat of nuclear war…

Austin insisted on NBC Tuesday night that Russian President Vladimir Putin was bluffing about the use of nuclear weapons despite the fact he approved of a new nuclear weapons doctrine that justifies a nuclear response to any major attack on its territory, even with conventional weapons, by a non-nuclear country backed by a nuclear power.

“We’ve known for several weeks that they were revamping their policy on use of nuclear weapons. As I look at, you know, what they’re doing, and I — I — we watch their strategic forces, you know, very carefully, I don’t see a change in their strategic force posture,” Austin said.

“We’ll continue to remain vigilant in this regard. But at this point, no, I — I don’t see an indication that there’s an imminent intent to — to use nuclear weapons.”

I don’t think that there is an “imminent intent” to use nuclear weapons either, but if we keep pushing the Russians into a corner eventually they will feel like they have no choice.

The Russians would very much like to avoid a nuclear conflict, but over time the warnings that they have been issuing have been taken “less and less seriously” by leaders in the western world…

Putin, who began issuing nuclear threats shortly after invading Ukraine in 2022, may want to add credibility to the repeated warnings.

According to the Telegram channel Rybar, close to the Russian military, “Russia’s latest warnings, like its red lines, are taken less and less seriously. In the face of this, the adversary is reducing Russia’s room for manoeuvre.”

If you were running Russia, what would you do if Ukraine was being used as a launchpad for long-range western missiles that were targeting your cities?

You would probably issue very strong warnings at first, but if those warnings had no effect you would eventually be forced to take action.

Ominously, it is being reported that Vladimir Putin has “mysteriously disappeared from public view” since November 7th…

Vladimir Putin has mysteriously disappeared from public view as his regime issued apocalyptic World War Three nuclear threats over the use of long-range Western missiles by Ukraine against Russian territory.

It is unclear if during the past 12 days of high international tension the Kremlin dictator has been holed up in a hi-tech bunker, unwell, underwent another round of plastic surgery, took a secret holiday or simply chose to remain out of sight. Yet Putin, 72, has not been definitively seen since an appearance at the Valdai Forum in Sochi on November 7 when he congratulated a “courageous” Donald Trump on his election victory and hinted he was ready for talks to end the war in Ukraine, according to the Faridaily Telegram channel, which monitors his movements and appearances.

The good news is that I do not believe that a full-blown nuclear showdown with the Russians is going to happen right away.

It appears that the Russians consider Donald Trump to be the final hope for peace, and so I think that they will delay doing anything drastic until they can negotiate with him.

Donald Trump has said that he wants to end the conflict in Ukraine, but he also doesn’t intend to just give the Russians everything that they want.

Meanwhile, our European allies, most members of Congress, and even some members of his own cabinet will be strongly urging Trump to continue fighting the Russians.

So we shall see what happens.

If the Russians ultimately conclude that they can’t reach an agreement with the Trump administration, all bets are off.

Trump really will be holding the future of our society in his hands, and so let us hope that he makes the right decisions.

The “bomb cyclone” that is about to hit California is going to be even worse than the experts originally thought.  It is being projected that this rapidly intensifying “bomb cyclone” will stall near the west coast, and that means that some areas of California, Oregon and Washington could get pounded by very high winds and relentless rain for days.  In fact, the Washington Post is reporting that some areas of California could actually get 20 inches of rain.  That much rainfall in such a short period of time would likely cause extremely destructive flooding.  In the mountains, there will be blizzard conditions in some areas and the amount of snowfall will be measured in feet.

This is truly an extremely rare storm.  Yesterday, I explained that experts were warning that the central pressure of this storm would fall so fast that it would double the criteria for a bomb cyclone.

But now we are being told that this storm could actually become a “triple-bomb”.  The following comes from a CNN article entitled “A once-in-a-decade bomb cyclone is taking shape off the West Coast”…

A powerful “bomb cyclone” will combine with an atmospheric river to unleash over a month’s worth of rain, hurricane-force wind gusts and feet of mountain snow to parts of the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.

A storm system off the Pacific Northwest is expected to rapidly intensify on Tuesday in a phenomenon called “bombogenesis” and earn it the moniker of “bomb cyclone.” It will intensify so much so quickly that it could become a “triple-bomb,” tripling the criteria needed to be considered a bomb cyclone, the National Weather Service in San Francisco said.

I have never heard of a “triple-bomb” storm before.

Our weather is getting so crazy that they are actually having to invent new terms to describe it.

According to one climate scientist, it appears that this storm will be “one of the strongest low-pressure systems on record in the region”…

The cyclone’s rate of intensification means it could be “one of the strongest low-pressure systems on record in the region,” Daniel Swain, a climate scientist at the Institute of the Environment and Sustainability at the University of California, Los Angeles, wrote on the social platform X. “This very strong low will generate hurricane-force sustained winds well offshore,” generating waves up to 60 feet (18 meters) in height, he added.

Of course the sheer intensity of this storm is just part of the story.

The “bomb cyclone” will be funneling moisture from a Category 5 atmospheric river to the west coast, and it is expected to “stall along the coast and hammer the area with hazardous conditions through the week and into the weekend”…

This bomb cyclone will work with an atmospheric river, a long plume of water vapor moving like a river through the atmosphere, to wring out heavy rainfall and significant mountain snowfall in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California beginning Tuesday. The pair will stall along the coast and hammer the area with hazardous conditions through the week and into the weekend.

Parts of northwestern California could record 16 inches of rain or more in 48 hours. More than a month’s worth of rain is expected in the northern San Francisco Bay area, primarily north of the Golden Gate Bridge, the weather service there said. Rainfall of this magnitude is expected to cause significant urban flooding, debris flow on roadways and river flooding.

This is going to be a disaster that plays out over several days.

According to Accuweather, we could see wind speeds of up to 90 mph along the west coast…

“The storm’s fastest increase in strength will be from Tuesday to Wednesday, and correspondingly, that is when the strongest winds (50-70 mph) will be felt from the south along the immediate Pacific coast and from the southeast in and east of the Cascades and Siskyous,” Zehr said.

The AccuWeather Local StormMax wind gust on Tuesday night is 90 mph, which is close to a Category 2 on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind scale.

This is not a hurricane, but it will produce winds that are like a Category 2 hurricane.

When I first heard that, it got my attention immediately, and many of you out there know what I am talking about.

According to Axios, just off the coast of Vancouver Island we could see wind speeds of up to 100 mph…

Even stronger winds, of up to 100 mph, are likely off the coast of Vancouver Island and west of Washington state, as the bomb cyclone reaches its peak intensity by Wednesday, before drifting off the coast while weakening into the weekend.

The high winds will do quite a bit of damage, but I expect flooding to do even more.

Accuweather is telling us that some areas will get about a foot of rain, and other areas could actually see a total of about 20 inches…

From Tuesday night to Wednesday, the atmospheric river will be mainly directed at the southwestern Oregon and Northern California coasts. In this area, from 8-12 inches of rain will fall from Tuesday to Friday with an AccuWeather Local StormMax rainfall of 20 inches.

Do you remember how the immense devastation caused by Hurricane Helene caught everyone by surprise?

I think that we could potentially be facing a similar scenario with this storm.

It is all going to depend on how long it stalls off the west coast.

Interestingly, this is all happening just after a “doomsday fish” washed up on a beach in Southern California…

A so-called “doomsday fish” has washed up on a Southern California beach — typically an extremely rare occurrence, but this is the second time this year it has happened. The rare oarfish found on Grandview Beach in Encinitas measured roughly 9 to 10 feet and was spotted by a doctoral candidate at Scripps Institute of Oceanography, the school wrote on social media.

For years, I warned that our planet was becoming increasingly unstable, and at first a lot of people criticized me for saying that.

Not too many are criticizing me for saying such things these days.

We really are living in apocalyptic times, and in the years ahead we will see things happen that are far beyond anything that Hollywood ever dreamed up.

Gates is trying to argue that the judge in the Netherlands who is pursuing him has no jurisdiction, but a ruling was still issued that aligns with one out of the U.S. back in August that allowed Kennedy to sue the Biden regime for pressuring social media companies to censor truthful information about COVID injections. –Natural News

“The Court finds that Kennedy is likely to succeed on his claim that suppression of content posted was caused by actions of Government Defendants, and there is a substantial risk that he will suffer similar injury in the near future,” said U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty of Louisiana in his August ruling in favor of Kennedy’s position. “The court also firmly found in plaintiffs’ favor that plaintiffs had not waived – and indeed had affirmatively raised – direct censorship claims in addition to listener claims.”

Additionally, the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) general counsel Kim Rosenberg commended Judge Doughty for “carefully and clearly” analyzing the law and facts while applying “the framework from the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Murthy v. Missouri regarding standing.”

Politicians are notorious for talking the talk without actually walking the walk, so to speak. They like to play around with fancy words, but never actually do anything they have promised. All we are left with after each administration is more tyranny, more laws, higher taxes and inflation, and less liberty and freedom.

Maybe it’s time to look past the need to be ruled and start looking at what it might be like if we owned ourselves and weren’t beholden to any master.

All of this has led to a growing ‘Exit the WHO’ movement.  However, WHO’s corruption and abandonment of ethics are not unique.  The global health industry as a whole is driven by a vertical commodity-based approach that prioritizes profit over people. The changes the world needs must be sector-wide, not just the WHO

Global Health Reform Must Go Far Beyond WHO

Understanding the Depth of a Problem

The World Health Organisation (“WHO”) has recently entered the consciousness of many in Western countries as, justifiably, an example of destructive, unaccountable bureaucratic overreach. Seeking to impose restrictions and extract money from people and nations for the benefit of well-heeled sponsors, it plays no useful role in the lives of many beyond providing a potential career path for those who want travel, a good salary, and a feeling of altruistic superiority. Through its role in the abrogation of human rights and impoverishment of hundreds of millions during the COVID response, it has spawned an ‘Exit the WHO’ movement standing on the supremacy of individual and national sovereignty.

This is understandable, but it also risks being naive and simplistic. If the WHO is to be torn down, those advocating for this should first recognize why it exists, and its limitations and context. It is not a world hegemonic power and cannot be, but it reflects a far deeper and more complex threat to basic human rights, democracy, and global health itself. Formed to help reduce global inequality in human health, it has contributed to a steady improvement in population health in the past, just as it has shown more recently that it can make things worse. Its actions and outputs reflect its masters, not an independent entity gone rogue.

The WHO therefore needs to be addressed as part of a wider problem. If a privileged few are seeking some sort of global hegemony, the response cannot be based on the wishes of another privileged few. It must involve those who are most helped and most harmed, who pay for the WHO, and who may still rely on it. If this is about sovereign people and sovereign States reasserting their interests, then this is who must own the answer.

The Betrayal of the Peoples

Since 2020, the WHO has orchestrated and condoned one of the most devastating assaults on individual and societal health the world has seen. At the behest of highly conflicted sponsors, this international bureaucracy promoted policies that overwhelmingly harmed the world’s most disadvantaged. The organisation turned on those whom it had been set up to serve, returning to the pre-World War II mindset of technocratic authoritarianism that characterised public health in the era of eugenics, colonialism, and European fascism.

Knowing fully the impact of their actions, the WHO helped force over a hundred million additional people into severe food insecurity and poverty and up to ten million additional girls into child marriage and sexual slavery. It helped deprive a generation of the schooling needed to lift themselves out of poverty and grew national debts to leave countries at the mercy of global predators. This was an intentional response to a virus they knew from the beginning was rarely severe beyond sick elderly people. The WHO helped orchestrate an unprecedented transfer of wealth from those it was originally tasked to protect to those who now sponsor and direct most of its work. Lacking any contrition, the WHO is now seeking increased public funding through misrepresentation of risk and return on investment to entrench this response.

How an Institution Rots

Through its Constitution written in 1946, the WHO was intended to promote the equality of peoples emerging from the wreckage of a World War and colonialism, with all nation-states standing equal and independent as its only authority. This continued through the Declaration of Alma Ata in 1978, placing the needs and requirements of communities under their sovereign governments as the core focus, and informer, of public health.

Like all human institutions, this could not last. High salaries and business-class travel to exotic places attract people who like, and come to believe they are entitled to, such privileges. Staff dependent on an organisation for such benefits come to prioritise its welfare over the needs of those it was supposed to serve. Workers detached from the impacts of their actions soon find self-advancement, tenure and pensions, which are achieved by listening to their funders rather than those impacted by their actions.

Watching the director of my department at the WHO drop everything when the private funder calls his phone was humiliating, but also a betrayal of the WHO’s core mission. The handshakes of the Director-General with the representatives of corporate authoritarianism at Davos are a similar betrayal. A servant cannot serve two masters.

Grown into a vast and detached bureaucracy nearly 80 years old, the WHO is anything but a representative of the world’s people. Its abortion guidelines instruct countries to ensure abortion to the time of delivery whilst denying requirement for discussion, while guidance it produces for childhood education on sexuality and gender shows, at best, a similar gross disregard for cultural diversity. Incessant climate alarmism from a business class seat, lobbying against improved fossil fuel access for the world’s poorest, reinforces inequality. An apparent war against meat adds a further disregard for science.

The WHO therefore seems ripe for the dustbin of history. However, it is more a tool than a devil. As part of a vast and growing global health industry driving a vertical commodity-based approach, it is one of many institutions serving the desires of those who have hijacked it. Removing one hammer from a wrecker will not prevent him from demolishing a house, just gives those trying to save the house a false sense of achievement. You save the house by stopping the wreckers. Like any other tool, the hammer still has a useful purpose.

To be specific, the problems that the WHO exemplifies will not go away if the WHO does. The pandemic agenda that has dominated the last few years serves as an example. As a wealth-concentration tool for private corporations, their investors, and the national bureaucracies with which they increasingly partner, it has many alternate paths of implementation. The recent round of International Health Regulation amendments at the WHO was initiated by a United States administration, not the WHO itself. Pharmaceutical investors and countries with heavy pharmaceutical sectors dominate the WHO’s funding and specify its actions. The WHO is a willing sycophant and puppet more than a hegemon.

Of equal importance, for all its corruption and abandonment of ethics, some of the WHO’s work still saves lives. So do partner organizations across the global health industry. They support low-resource countries in dealing with endemic infectious diseases and demonstrably reduce mortality through this. They play a significant role in reducing exposure to fake pharmaceuticals – one of the largest criminal industries on Earth. They still support the strengthening of under-resourced health systems. Their irrelevance in supporting the health of many is not common to all. Advocates for the complete cancellation of the WHO need to explain how they will continue support where WHO support is currently needed. It is not for them to choose who lives and who dies.

Exiting Malfeasance and Greed

To arrest the degradation of health, human rights, and sovereignty, we need an exit strategy from unethical public health. This will require an exit strategy from approaches mired in conflict of interest and an emphasis on evidence rather than corporate profit. For the sake of both donor country taxpayers and the recipients of their support, we need an exit strategy from external dependency in order to achieve health independence. This is what sustainability and equity mean, words of which global health profiteers are so fond. These changes need to be sector-wide, not just the WHO.

All this is possible, though the end result in terms of structure is uncertain. This uncertainty is important as the path must be developed, not dictated. However, there are blatantly obvious places to start. There is no compatibility between the needs of private corporations and the health independence of the world’s population. The reasons people in wealthy countries live longer – sanitation, nutrition, better living conditions, and access to low-cost and off-patent health commodities – are poor paths to corporate profit. They require the growth of local economies, which thrive on local decision-making and local knowledge. External health agencies may fill gaps and support in times of crisis, but building vertical institutions to entrench external control, as the current pandemic agenda aims to do, is the antithesis of good and sustainable planning.

In a well-functioning system, health agencies would be working themselves out of existence as local capacity replaces them. Long-term tenure and private money could have no role, with countries clearly in charge. Beyond a meeting place and repository of ideas and voluntary standards, and support in requests in times of crisis, supra-national bureaucracies should have little role. Wealthy countries don’t need the WHO now, despite the hype, misrepresentation, and claims of never-ending crises designed to make our international agencies appear relevant. A legitimate WHO would be in Nairobi rather than Geneva, close to areas of greatest need, and if effective in addressing them it would steer itself into irrelevance.

In the meantime, the worst we could do, besides continuing the current destructive course, is to leave a vacuum. That will be fine for the privileged laptop class, but the world is bigger than that. With calm urgency and adherence to the principles intended to underlie public health, radical reform must proceed without exacerbating the very problems we are seeking to address.

How that looks, and how we get there, will be an interesting journey. Proceeding with care and recognizing the diverse needs of all is an essential starting point. But it also has to happen quickly, as the world will not well withstand another round of covid-like plundering. The recent political changes in the WHO’s largest funder, the United States, whilst distressing to those who have profited so much through the corruption of recent years, open an exciting door through which this journey could happen.
