Many experts are now warning that we could see the housing market and the commercial real estate market simultaneously crash in 2023.  If that were to happen, it would put an extreme amount of stress on our financial system.  The only way we will avoid such a fate is if the Federal Reserve starts reducing interest rates.  Unfortunately, that isn’t going to happen.  In fact, officials at the Federal Reserve keep telling us that interest rates are going to keep going up.  This is literally a suicidal course of action, because higher rates are going to absolutely crush the economy.

If you doubt this, just consider what is already happening.

According to a new Alignable survey that was just released, 41 percent of all small business owners in the United States could not pay rent in November…

Due to high inflation, reduced consumer spending, higher rents and other economic pressures, U.S.-based small business owners’ rent problems just escalated to new heights nationally this month, based on Alignable’s November Rent Poll of 6,326 small business owners taken from 11/19/22 to 11/22/22.

Unfortunately, 41% of U.S.-based small business owners report that they could not pay their rent in full and on time in November, a new record for 2022. Making matters worse, this occurred during a quarter when more money should be coming in and rent delinquency rates should be decreasing. But so far this quarter, the opposite has been true.

In September, that same survey found that 30 percent of all small business owners could not pay rent.

Many were deeply alarmed by that figure, and then it jumped up to 37 percent in October.

Now we are at 41 percent, and if there is any time when small business owners should be able to pay rent it is during the holiday season.

When commercial real estate tenants cannot pay rent, it inevitably has a domino effect.

It appears that we will soon have millions of empty commercial spaces all over the nation, and many owners will soon be unable to make loan payments because sufficient rent money is not coming in.

If the Federal Reserve insists on raising rates even higher, I anticipate that we will eventually be facing a commercial real estate crash of unprecedented size and scope.

Meanwhile, the implosion of the housing market continues to pick up speed.

Existing home sales have now declined for nine months in a row, and the median price of a home in the U.S. has now fallen by about 7 percent.

Sadly, many experts are now warning that things will only get worse in the months ahead.  Here is one example…

“In one line: Collapse in prices is coming,” wrote Kieran Clancy, senior U.S. economist at Pantheon Macroeconomics.

I told my readers that this would happen if the Federal Reserve aggressively hiked interest rates.

Of course home prices could soon fall a lot more.  In fact, Pantheon is projecting that they could ultimately fall by a total of 20 percent from the peak…

Pantheon estimates that existing home prices will keep falling, ultimately dropping by about 20% from their June peak of around $414,000.

If you are planning to sell a home, I would try to do it as quickly as possible before prices go way down.

Meanwhile, another troubled cryptocurrency firm has just filed for bankruptcy…

Distressed crypto firm BlockFi has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey following the implosion of putative acquirer FTX.

So why is BlockFi in so much trouble?

Well, the truth is that there are a lot of reasons, but one of the biggest is the fact that they loaned 275 million dollars to FTX that will never be repaid…

In the filing, the company listed an outstanding $275 million loan to FTX US, the American arm of Sam Bankman-Fried’s now-bankrupt empire.

I warned my readers that FTX would not be the last domino to fall.

And now another one has tumbled over.

Needless to say, there will be many more, because FTX “has more than 1 million creditors”…

In a matter of days, FTX went from a $32 billion valuation to bankruptcy as liquidity dried up, customers demanded withdrawals and rival exchange Binance ripped up its nonbinding agreement to buy the company. Gross negligence has since been exposed. Ray added that a “substantial portion” of assets held with FTX may be “missing or stolen.”

FTX has more than 1 million creditors, according to updated bankruptcy filings, hinting at the huge impact of its collapse on crypto traders and other counterparties with ties to Bankman-Fried’s empire.

FTX was just one giant Ponzi scheme, but of course the entire system is just one giant Ponzi scheme.

The entire thing is eventually coming down, and a lot of prominent voices are trying to sound the alarm about this.

For instance, author Robert Kiyosaki tweeted the following just a few days ago…

We have been living in the largest bubble in all of human history.

With very hard times looming, the Washington Post is encouraging their readers to reduce food costs by eating bugs…

The Washington Post advised Americans Sunday that instead of a traditional season dinner, which now is unaffordable for a quarter of families, they should instead look to eating bugs.

Yes really.

In an article headlined Salted ants. Ground crickets. Why you should try edible insects, the Post stated “Consumers can already find foods like salted ants on Amazon and cricket powder protein bars in Swiss grocery stores.”

I don’t know about you, but I don’t plan on ever eating bugs.

No matter how bad things get, I just couldn’t eat ants or crickets or beetles.

Unfortunately, most people are completely and utterly unprepared for the times that we will soon be facing.

A tremendous amount of economic chaos is on the way.

The Federal Reserve could help matters a great deal if they would just stop raising interest rates.

But that isn’t going to happen, and so it appears that 2023 will be a year of severe economic pain all over the nation.

By now, you have probably heard of a very strange phenomenon that has been taking the Internet by storm in recent days.  Large groups of animals, insects and birds have been spotted walking in circles all over the planet, and there is lots of speculation about why this is happening.  Some of the potential explanations that have been suggested are blaming this strange behavior on disease, changes in the magnetic field of the Earth, spoiled feed, parasitic brain worms, experiments at CERN, a coming pole shift or spikes in electromagnetic radiation.  Personally, I don’t know what to think.  Something really weird does seem to be happening, and hopefully we will get some more answers in the coming days.

In early November, a group of sheep in northern China began walking in circles over and over again.

This went on for nearly two weeks, and footage of this behavior has spread very rapidly on various social media platforms…

Bizarre video footage captured on a Chinese farm shows a group of sheep walking in circles for almost two weeks without stopping. The strange behavior has observers—and the sheep’s owner—utterly perplexed as they try to determine what’s behind it. The footage was taken earlier this month in northern China.

A closed-circuit camera on a local farm caught hundreds of sheep walking in a clockwise motion inside their pen. Not all of the animals joined in at first, watching the action from the center of the flock before falling in line with the rest of the herd.

Even our large corporate media outlets have been talking about the sheep in China, but in many cases they have decided that it is something to laugh about.

Hopefully there is a very simple explanation for why the sheep were circling for such a long period of time.

According to one expert that was interviewed by Newsweek, this could simply be a case where the sheep became extremely frustrated because they were penned up for so long…

A potential explanation has been shared by Matt Bell, a professor and director at the Department of Agriculture at Hartpury University, in Gloucester, England.

“It looks like the sheep are in the pen for long periods, and this might lead to stereotypic behavior, with the repeated circling due to frustration about being in the pen and limited [as to where they can go]. This is not good. Then the other sheep join as they are flock animals and bond or join their friends,” Bell told Newsweek.

Maybe Bell is correct.

But why are so many other animals, insects and birds also walking in circles all over the planet?

What we are witnessing is not just limited to one group of sheep in northern China.

This appears to be something that is happening all over the world, and so we need an explanation that can account for that.

I did find an article that blamed the fact that some pigeons in the UK have been circling like “zombie-like creatures” on a certain viral disease…

A viral disease has turned pigeons in the UK into zombie-like creatures – causing them to develop twisted necks and walk around in circles, animal experts said.

This disease is known as “pigeon paramyxovirus”, and we are being told that it “can affect pigeons, doves and poultry”…

“There has been an increase in the number of grounded pigeons coming into the JSPCA Animals’ Shelter in the last few weeks, many of which have been showing neurological signs such as twisted neck, circling or are unable to stand,” said the animal rescue service based in St. Helier, Jersey.

It said the disease appears to be pigeon paramyxovirus, which is described as “an invariably fatal viral disease that can affect pigeons, doves and poultry.”

So this may be an explanation for why a lot of birds have been walking around in circles, but it would not explain why so many sheep, chickens and insects have been affected.

What we need is a theory that can account for everything that we have been witnessing.

I really wish that I could tell you why this is happening.

But I can’t.

Perhaps all of this is much ado about nothing.

Let’s watch and see if this unexplained behavior continues.

Without a doubt, we live in very weird times, and I believe that they will soon get a whole lot weirder.

Truth is stranger than fiction, and I believe that we will see things happen in the years ahead that will go way beyond anything that any of our science fiction authors ever dreamed up.

So if you think that things are crazy now, just wait, because it won’t be too long before events on this planet start getting really bizarre.

The European Union is stockpiling Russian diesel fuel before the ban on Russian oil begins. The oil-products embargo begins in less than three months and the EU lacks alternative sources of fuel.

Russian diesel shipments headed to the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) storage region surged to 215,000 barrels per day from November 1 to November 12. It is a 126% increase from October, according to Pamela Munger, Vortexa senior market analyst.  This means, that in order to prepare themselves for the ban they instituted, they are stockpiling the very thing they insisted on banning.

European traders are boosting purchases of Russian diesel ahead of the EU embargo on the country’s oil products, which comes into force in February, Reuters reported on Monday, citing cargo tracker Vortexa.

According to Refinitiv data, and as reported by RT, so far in November Russian diesel made up 44% of the bloc’s imports of the fuel, against 39% last month. This means that Russia remains the region’s largest diesel supplier, despite the fact that overall imports of Russian fuels to the EU dropped significantly over the past months due to Ukraine-related sanctions.

The EU embargo on Russian oil comes into force next month, while the ban on petroleum products will take effect on February 5. Analysts warn it will be difficult for the region to find alternative sources for diesel once this happens, as they are scarce and more costly, while Europe’s domestic diesel production falls short of the region’s consumption. –RT

“The EU will have to secure around 500,000 to 600,000 barrels per day of diesel to replace the Russian volumes; replacements will come from the US as well as east of Suez, primarily the Middle East and India,” Eugene Lindell, market analyst at energy consultancy FGE, told Reuters.

The EU is facing a major diesel fuel crisis thanks to themselves. They insisted on banning a product from a region that they need and are unable to supply themselves with enough of. One could think the “leaders” and ruling class masters are simply ignorant, however, this is looking more like a well-thought-out plan, one that most slaves are still too comfortable with their statism to admit.
