De-dollarization continues accelerating with news of the Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange (SHPGX), a Chinese-backed exchange for trading energy-related products, settling its first cross-border transaction in digital yuan.
Chinese-based financial news outlet “Yicai” first reported PetroChina International bought one million barrels of crude oil using digital yuan on Thursday. It was the exchange’s first overseas oil settlement in digital yuan. However, the name of the seller was not disclosed.
SHPGX has made several transactions in yuan earlier this year: In March, PetroChina and TotalEnergies completed a yuan-denominated liquefied natural gas transaction on the exchange. According to the exchange, four such LNG transactions have occurred this year.
China’s central bank began the digital yuan project in 2014 and has piloted the electronic currency in numerous regions across China. The world’s second-largest economy has been preparing to use the yuan and its digital version in international trade and finance as an alternative to the dollar.
In August, Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva called for BRICS nations to create a common currency as the world furiously searches for ways to circumvent the dollar-based financial system.
Brazil’s president said a BRICS currency “increases our payment options and reduces our vulnerabilities.”
The US shutting Russia out of the SWIFT messaging system that underpins most global payments in response to its invasion of Ukraine has supercharged the de-dollarization trend.
It remains to be seen who exactly PetroChina paid digital yuan for the crude oil, but it might not be out of the question that it was Russia, considering it’s been shut out of the SWIFT system, plus oil exports to China have hit a record high.
Right now, we are all witnessing some of the most pivotal moments in all of human history. For a long time, I warned my readers that a great war would be coming to the Middle East. In fact, I specifically warned that it would be one of “the 3 wars of the apocalypse”. I didn’t expect the Great Middle East War to arrive quite so quickly, but here we are. Once thousands of missiles start flying back and forth, none of our lives will ever be the same again. We are literally watching an apocalyptic scenario play out right in front of our eyes, and it is all going to begin once Israeli forces move into Gaza.
That could happen very soon, because Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant just told Israeli troops that they will be seeing Gaza “from the inside” very shortly…
An Israeli minister has told troops massing at the border that they will soon see Gaza ‘from the inside’ sparking fears a ground invasion is imminent.
Yoav Gallant, who is the country’s defence minister, told Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) soldiers to ‘get organised, be ready’ to move into the Palestinian territory as he vowed there would be ‘no forgiveness’ for Hamas, only it’s ‘total annihilation’.
And another cabinet minister has told ABC News that the IDF has been given the “green light” for an invasion…
It came the same day that the country’s Economy Minister, Nir Barakat, told ABC News the military had the ‘green light’ to invade.
The cabinet minister added that the miles of tunnels built by Hamas under the territory would become the ‘world’s biggest cemetery’.
‘We shall do all efforts to bring our hostages, to bring our hostages [back] alive…’ he said, but the ‘first and last priority’ is destroying Hamas.
Israel continued its airstrikes on the Gaza Strip early Thursday, as it prepares troops and lays the groundwork for a possible invasion of the enclave.
For nearly two weeks, Israel has been readying for a possible invasion of Gaza by carrying out thousands of airstrikes on the enclave, targeting Hamas’s leaders, its special forces and strategic assets, including intelligence posts and an underground tunnel network, as it seeks to weaken the group before sending in the thousands of Israeli soldiers massed at the border.
Once Israeli troops start moving in, the entire region is likely to erupt.
And already we are starting to see some very disturbing signs.
On Thursday, the USS Carney shot down three missiles that Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen were apparently trying to fire at Israel…
A US Navy warship operating in the Middle East intercepted multiple projectiles near the coast of Yemen on Thursday, two US officials told CNN.
One of the officials said the missiles were fired by Iranian-backed Houthi militants, who are engaged in an ongoing conflict in Yemen. Approximately 2-3 missiles were intercepted, according to the second official.
Later Thursday Pentagon press secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder confirmed that the USS Carney shot down three land attack missiles as well as several drones that were launched by Iran-backed Houthi forces in Yemen.
The Houthis weren’t supposed to get involved in this conflict.
But it appears that Iran has given them permission to do so.
A military base in southern Syria where U.S. troops have maintained a presence to train forces as part of a broad campaign against the Islamic State group was attacked by drones on Thursday, two U.S. officials told The Associated Press.
One drone was shot down, but another caused in minor injuries, said one of the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the matter before an official announcement about the incident.
Drones and rockets targeted on Thursday evening the Ain al-Asad air base, which hosts US and other international forces in western Iraq, and multiple blasts were heard inside the base, two security sources said.
The Iraqi military said it closed the area around the base and started a search operation. It was not clear yet whether the attacks caused casualties or damages, said the sources.
In case you haven’t figured it out by now, America is going to be involved in this war.
And that is going to cause our country to become even more polarized.
There are millions of people inside the United States right now that love Hamas.
And there are millions of people inside the United States right now that love Hezbollah.
Once this war really gets going, a lot of those people are going to go completely nuts.
We are about to reap the consequences of decades of very foolish immigration policies.
Sadly, there is no way out now.
The clock is ticking, and the Middle East will soon erupt in flames.
At this point, the U.S. and British embassies in Beirut are both telling their citizens to get out of Lebanon while they still can…
The US and British embassies in Beirut advise their citizens to leave Lebanon while flights “remain available” as border tensions between Israel and Hezbollah intensify.
Both countries had already warned citizens against travel to Lebanon.
“We recommend that US citizens in Lebanon make appropriate arrangements to leave the country; commercial options currently remain available,” a US embassy statement says.
We knew that this was coming.
Now it is here.
But even at this late stage, most of the world still has no idea what is coming next…

These are such troubled times, and people need hope. John 3:16 tells us about the hope that God has given us through Jesus Christ: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” If you have not already done so, I strongly urge you to invite Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior today.
Taurus just keep cranking out cool, new options for the popular Taurus Judge line of multi-caliber revolvers. Only last month, Taurus dropped the Judge Defender, sporting a 13-inch barrel and a Picatinny rail–an imposing wheelgun to be sure. Now Taurus doubles down on its popular optics-ready initiatives, releasing the Taurus Judge T.O.R.O.
Taurus Judge T.O.R.O. Details
The T.O.R.O. system stands for Taurus Optics Ready Option. The company successfully moved the system to revolvers with the 856 and 605 T.O.R.O.s. earlier this year. Now the system comes to the Judge, bringing the optics-ready system in four different variants. Each Judge T.O.R.O. will come with a 3-inch barrel in either matte black or stainless steel finishes.
The major differentiating factor stems in cylinders, accommodating either 2.5- or 3-inch .410 shotshells. But each revolver features a smooth double-action trigger and fiber-optic front sight if you choose to go without the optic. For everyone else, the T.O.R.O. comes ready to accept the Holosun K-series or Shield RMSc footprint.
“What’s better than a Judge? A Judge with a dot on it,” said Caleb Giddings, General Manager of Marketing for Taurus USA. “The Judge is without a doubt our most popular revolver, and adding a red dot to it just enhances its capabilities.”
The new Taurus Judge T.O.R.O. retails for $615.99. For even more info, visit taurususa.com.
Editor’s Note:
We’ve spent a lot of time on the range with Taurus over the last few years, and this is a company moving in the right direction. It just keeps pushing out innovative and updated designs, both new introductions and redesigned favorites. Brining the T.O.R.O. system to the famed Judge is an obvious choice, as the shooting world has forever moved into the world of carry-optics. Where better to bolt on a dot than the most popular workhorse in the stable–the Judge!
The crisis in the Middle East has taken another very ominous turn. Iran is threatening to get directly involved in the conflict, and that should deeply alarm all of us. For a long time, I have been specifically warning my readers that an apocalyptic conflict between Israel and Iran would be coming. Sadly, now we are literally on the verge of seeing that happen. Both nations possess weapons of immense destructive power, and there is going to be so much death and destruction in the days ahead.
On Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared to signal that a massive military offensive in Gaza is imminent…
Benjamin Netanyahu has today vowed to ‘demolish’ Hamas with Israeli troops on the Gaza border poised to attack at any moment.
Israel’s armed forces is ‘ready’ to defeat the ‘bloodthirsty monsters’, the Israeli Prime Minister said, with a land, sea, and air offensive imminent.
Israeli tanks and troops have gathered on the border and are carrying out simulations ready to spring an invasion of Gaza at any time after Hamas terrorists killed 1,300 Israelis in a surprise attack last Saturday.
But if Israel goes in, Hezbollah has already indicated that they will almost certainly enter the conflict.
Of course Hezbollah would only do that if they were directed to do so by Iran, and according to Axios Iran is now warning “that it will have to intervene if the Israeli operation in Gaza continues”…
Iran sent a message to Israel on Saturday stressing that it does not want further escalation in the Hamas-Israel war, but that it will have to intervene if the Israeli operation in Gaza continues, two diplomatic sources with knowledge of the situation told Axios.
Wow.
So is this really it?
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has publicly stated that his nation “has its red lines”, and that “Iran will have to respond” if Israel conducts a major offensive in Gaza…
But Amir-Abdollahian stressed that Iran has its red lines. He said that if the Israeli military operation continues — and especially if Israel follows through on its promise of a ground offensive in Gaza — Iran will have to respond, according to the sources.
In addition, Amir-Abdollahian is also threatening America with “heavy losses” if the U.S. military decides to intervene…
He accused the United States of coming forward “to preserve the statue and puppet of Israel”.
“If the scope of the war expands, heavy losses will befall America as well.”
I could be wrong, but I don’t expect Iran to get directly involved in the conflict right away.
But I do believe that Hezbollah will jump into the war fairly soon after Israeli forces enter Gaza, and Syria could also be pulled in quite rapidly as well.
On Saturday, Israel allegedly launched an air strike against Syria’s Aleppo Airport. The Syrian government confirmed the attack and said, “The Israeli enemy carried out an air attack from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea, targeting Aleppo International Airport, which led to material damage to the airport and it being out of service.”
Referring to this development, Joel Rayburn, Director of the American Centre for Levant Studies, wrote, “Repeated Israeli strikes to disable Damascus and Aleppo airports are, to my mind, a strong indication that 1) the Iranian regime is trying to move strategic weapons to or via Syria to open a northern front and 2) the Israelis are determined to preempt that.”
The Israeli official re-shared this post, stating that Iranians are engaged in arms transfers.
Syria’s Damascus and Aleppo airports are known as transit points for Iranian arms sent to Hezbollah, a powerful Islamist militant group in both Syria and Lebanon.
We are so close to a major regional war.
The U.S. and other western powers are trying to keep Iran and Hezbollah out of the conflict, but it just isn’t working.
On Sunday, there was more fighting along Israel’s northern border yet again…
A Hezbollah spokeswoman, Rana Sahili, says today’s increase in the intensity of the exchanges between Israel and the Lebanese terror group doesn’t indicate Hezbollah has decided to fully enter into the Hamas-Israel war.
The fighting on the border is “only skirmishes” and represents a “warning,” she says.
Hezbollah is not ready to formally go to war just yet.
But once the Israelis make their move in Gaza, expect Hezbollah to pull the trigger.
And once that happens, the Biden administration will have a decision to make.
If Hezbollah starts firing thousands of missiles into Israel, I think that the Biden administration will order strikes against Hezbollah.
The two aircraft carriers that have been ordered into the eastern Mediterranean Sea have been sent there to deter Hezbollah and Iran, but they will take action if it becomes necessary…
The Pentagon has ordered a second carrier strike group to the eastern Mediterranean Sea and is sending Air Force fighter jets to the region as Israel prepares to expand its Gaza operations, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in a statement Saturday.
The US warships are not intended to join the fighting in Gaza or take part in Israel’s operations, but the presence of two of the Navy’s most powerful vessels is designed to send a message of deterrence to Iran and Iranian proxies in the region, such as Hezbollah in Lebanon.
The movements are “part of our effort to deter hostile actions against Israel or any efforts toward widening this war following Hamas’s attack on Israel,” Austin said in the statement.
As I have discussed previously, I hope that those carriers are being kept at a safe distance, because Hezbollah does have missiles that are capable of sinking an aircraft carrier.
As this conflict evolves, we are going to see images on our television screens that are going to absolutely shock all of us.
So many people are going to die, and our world will be permanently changed by the horrors that we will soon witness.

Propagandist and infamous political war hawk Senator Marco Rubio, a Republican from Florida has a plan for dealing with Hamas following the weekend “surprise” attack on Israel: Genocide. During an interview with CNN‘s Jake Tapper, Rubio said the only solution is mass eradication of people living in Gaza.
Tapper asked Rubio if there is any way to stop Hamas “without causing massive casualties against the innocent people” in Gaza. Rubio responded with a resounding “no” and proceeded to suggest mass genocide as the only solution.
“I don’t think there’s any way Israel can be expected to coexist or find some diplomatic off-ramp with these savages,” Rubio replied. He stooped to using the same dehumanizing language against the Palestinians as did Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant, who referred to the Palestinians this week as “human animals,” in an effort to make the genocide seem “reasonable.”
“These are people, as you’ve been reporting and others have seen, that deliberately targeted teenage girls, women, and children, and the elderly … Just horrifying things,” Rubio added to justify his position on genocide. “And I don’t think we know the full extent of it yet. I mean, there’s more to come in the days and weeks ahead. You can’t coexist. They have to be eradicated.”
Like many who “support Israel” often do, Rubio made no clear distinction between Hamas and the millions of non-Hamas Palestinians who far outnumber Hamas and just so happen to live among them.
By doing this, the pro-Israel crowd likewise opens up the door to mass genocide, failing to realize that there are actual human beings just like them who live in the Gaza Strip after they were forcefully stuffed inside the “open-air concentration camp,” as many refer to it, by invading forces back in the early-to-mid-1900s.
For thousands of years before that, the Palestinian people lived in what is now considered Israel after the original Israel that lived there during Old Testament times was driven out of the land by God Himself for their disobedience. –Natural News
What makes all this even more concerning is the fact that former Israeli soldiers, former Representative Ron Paul, and others have come out in the past to state that Hamas was created by Israel itself along with the help of the U.S. Back in the 1970s, Hamas was created intentionally to destabilize Palestinian territories as a pretext for later dubbing them all as “terrorists” in order to commit mass genocide against them. It also leads us to this point where we are at a precipice of World War 3, which looks like it’ll be a religious one.
People seem to be drawing lines based on religious beliefs. That, in and of itself, is going to make this an even bloodier war.
“This is going to be incredibly painful,” Rubio did admit about his genocidal plan for the Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip. “It’s going to be completely difficult. And it’s going to be horrifying, the price to pay.”
This could be truly horrifying if these rulers get their way. Government is slavery, and they are now creating a war in order to justify genocide of us all.
This past weekend, the world witnessed absolute barbarism play out as Hamas agents brutally targeted Israeli civilians. The State of Israel, suffering from a historic failure to protect its residents, has predictably responded with major military operations in the Gaza strip. The result is a growing regional conflict fueled by historic feuds beyond the scale of traditional geopolitical considerations.
Add to this the ongoing war in Ukraine, a less-talked-about conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the threat of renewed fighting between Kosovo and Serbia, and the world is witnessing the breakdown of a global order established by modern assumptions that are being exposed.
In the later part of his career, Murray Rothbard identified the Whig theory of history as one of the most dangerous intellectual traps in existence. The general belief that society is in a constant march toward progress, that newer ideas reflect a natural upgrade over past wisdom, has been accepted by broad segments of the modern intellectual class. As Hans-Hermann Hoppe has critiqued, this theory underlies a number of modern assumptions about the world.
Whig hubris has resulted in a global order that has sowed the seeds of barbarism. The triumph of fiat money has created an economic system that enriches states and the politically connected at the expense of the rest of society. Technocratic public health initiatives created authoritarian states in the face of a global pandemic. Politically driven climate hysteria has prompted a policy agenda that is gambling away human well-being on utopian promises of a “green energy” revolution.
The deadliest of these false assumptions has been the modern “rules-based international order” guided by post–Cold War US hegemony. The triumph of “liberal democracy” over the Soviet Union fueled the hubris of Washington and its allies—their belief that the world could be shaped to fit into comfortable models, that concerns over ethnicity, religion, and the past could be transformed by the power of economics and intellectual change.
By this thinking, Afghanistan and Iraq could be transformed with just the right mix of warfare and pocket constitutions. Russian ambitions could be blunted with the right mix of regional defense treaties and economic relations. China would adopt Western liberalism with enough global trade.
Underlying these assumptions of US power has been the triumph of the dollar, which has financed the American empire and become the foundation of the global economy. With US debt as the most reliable financial asset in the world, America has enjoyed the privilege of incredible soft power in dealing with major nations, allowing its military focus to be directed at nonstate terrorist groups and “rogue state” allies.
This belief in a global order backed by American economic and military power, limited only by political will, has influenced how other global actors have operated. Foreign lobbies have dedicated vast resources to Washington. While the influence of the Israel lobby is the most visible, with politicians vocally pledging their allegiance to the Jewish state, since 2016 nations like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China, Japan, South Korea, and others have also invested hundreds of millions of dollars in influencing American policy.
Assumptions of American support have undoubtedly influenced nations’ strategic decisions about their own security. Ukraine surrendered Soviet nuclear weapons in exchange for Western security promises, which for a long time may have served as a potent deterrent to a Russian invasion. The government of post–World War II Japan demilitarized in exchange for its own security guarantees from the United States. With rising concerns over China, Washington and Tokyo have pivoted toward rearmament.
Decisions made by the State of Israel have also been guided by false assumptions, such as the belief that militant movements would be easier to delegitimize internationally than other political actors seeking to create a Palestinian state. As the Wall Street Journal reported in 2009:
“Hamas, to my great regret, is Israel’s creation,” says Mr. Cohen, a Tunisian-born Jew who worked in Gaza for more than two decades. Responsible for religious affairs in the region until 1994, Mr. Cohen watched the Islamist movement take shape, muscle aside secular Palestinian rivals and then morph into what is today Hamas, a militant group that is sworn to Israel’s destruction.
Instead of trying to curb Gaza’s Islamists from the outset, says Mr. Cohen, Israel for years tolerated and, in some cases, encouraged them as a counterweight to the secular nationalists of the Palestine Liberation Organization and its dominant faction, Yasser Arafat’s Fatah.
A look at Israel’s decades-long dealings with Palestinian radicals—including some little-known attempts to cooperate with the Islamists—reveals a catalog of unintended and often perilous consequences. Time and again, Israel’s efforts to find a pliant Palestinian partner that is both credible with Palestinians and willing to eschew violence, have backfired. Would-be partners have turned into foes or lost the support of their people.
Israel’s experience echoes that of the U.S., which, during the Cold War, looked to Islamists as a useful ally against communism. Anti-Soviet forces backed by America after Moscow’s 1979 invasion of Afghanistan later mutated into al Qaeda.
As Israeli officials have acknowledged, American military support, which became a staple of US foreign-aid military strategy following the Six Days War in 1967, has influenced Israel’s aims for Palestinian relations.
Similarly, as the WSJ article mentions, the belief that nonstate Islamic groups would be easier to control than functional states has been an ongoing and consistent blind spot for Washington. The toppling of Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi created power vacuums in the Middle East that were filled by the Islamic State and other jihadist groups.
Recognizing these government blunders of the past should not be confused with providing moral cover for the horrific consequences suffered by the citizens of these states. Understanding the cause and effects of state action on innocent people is important in shaping future decisions so as to avoid such disasters in the future.
The unfortunate reality is that the global order—one built on the assumption that American blood and treasure can single-handedly maintain stability and peace—is under severe stress. The poor foundation is beginning to crack. In September 2001, the US debt reached $3.4 trillion. In 2023, it stands at over $34 trillion. The Pentagon’s virtually nonexistent oversight of the American military budget has contributed to gross malinvestment and misallocation of resources. In modern conflict, million-dollar weapons have been destroyed by cheap drones, not a small concern as US aircraft carriers head to the Middle East.
The breakdown of the old order also means that we should expect new behavior from states adapting to the times. Israel, for example, has ended previous campaigns against Hamas following international pressure resulting from civilian casualties, which has shaped how the Islamic group positions its military and arms. Will similar condemnation come following the most recent attack? Will Israel care? What paths exist for deescalation?
Additionally, the hubris created by the presumption of dollar dominance, which has factored in the weaponization of the dollar, has sparked a blowback of its own. The BRICS nations have recently called for alternatives to the dollar for foreign trade, and even the Bank of England has raised concerns about the power and influence the dollar gives Washington. Concerns about China and supply chain disruptions due to both covid and the Ukraine-Russia war have sparked renewed concerns over how close international trade relations should be, which could further impact economic globalization.
Domestically, Western nations are also being stressed by another false assumption of modern states—the deemphasis of a common ethnic, religious, and cultural background as a building block of society relative to immigration policy. Large rallies in support of the “decolonization” of Israel, fueled by social justice ideologies that equate the cause of Hamas with the perceived victimization of other minority groups, have sparked new concerns about social stability and order. How modern nations, whose most shared experience is becoming a common tax collector, will fare in a time of crisis will continue to be a potent political question going forward, as witnessed by the growing populist movements in Europe.
History shows that periods of crisis can radically transform the global order. Following World War II, Ludwig von Mises called for a global embrace of sound money, government restraint, and cultural conservatism. Unfortunately, the West embraced the ideologies of inflationism, interventionism, and cultural leftism instead. Without a correction, Mises warned, assumptions of ever-improving material well-being would be found wanting.
As he wrote in Planning for Freedom, “It is not true that human conditions must always improve, and that a relapse into very unsatisfactory modes of life, penury and barbarism is impossible.”
The recent attacks in Israel are a horrific reminder of how lightly guarded civilization is from savagery.
“Escalation” will be a word that is used a lot in the coming days. Once Israel sends troops into Gaza, it is going to trigger a series of events that nobody is going to be able to control. But there is no turning back now. When Hamas decided to rape women, behead children and kidnap the elderly, they made any other course of action impossible. Israel must go into Gaza. And as I write this article, we are witnessing the largest mobilization of Israelis troops that we have seen since the Yom Kippur War…
Tens of thousands of Israeli troops are on the move as the country prepares for a possible ground operation in response to the surprise attack launched by Hamas early Saturday morning.
More than 300,000 troops have been called up, the largest mobilization on short notice in Israel’s history, according to Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus. Those in the south are readying ahead of the forthcoming operation in Gaza and defending the border. Jeeps, tanks and other large military vehicles have been seen heading south as well
Along the northern border with Lebanon, the IDF has deployed tens of thousands of troops, including reservists and regular units, Conricus said. Tanks have also been spotted in the area.
Once Israeli troops enter Gaza, the Great Middle East War will have begun.
Even now, Israeli aircraft are “razing entire districts” inside Gaza in preparation for the coming invasion…
Israeli air strikes hammered Gaza on Tuesday, razing entire districts and filling morgues with dead Palestinians as Israel took revenge for the Hamas assaults that have triggered some of the worst blood-letting in 75 years of conflict.
Across the barrier wall enclosing the coastal enclave, Israeli soldiers collected the last of Israel’s dead four days after Hamas gunmen rampaged through towns, killing hundreds of people in the deadliest Palestinian militant attack in Israel’s history.
In the past, Israel has tried to hit Hamas really hard in order to deter future attacks.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced his intent to wage an unprecedented military offensive against Hamas in Gaza, a war that he has characterized as a civilizational clash.
“And just as the forces of civilization united to defeat ISIS, the forces of civilization must support Israel in defeating Hamas,” Netanyahu said on Monday. “In fighting Hamas, Israel is not only fighting for its own people. It is fighting for every country that stands against barbarism. Israel will win this war, and when Israel wins, the entire civilized world wins.”
There is no way that Israel can “win this war” without going into Gaza.
And that is precisely what is about to happen.
In fact, it is being reported that the Israeli government has already informed the Egyptian government that it is gearing up for “a months-long ground campaign in Gaza”…
Israel is readying for a months-long ground campaign in Gaza, an Egyptian official tells The Times of Israel, saying that this message has been passed along from Jerusalem to Cairo.
The Egyptian official says Israel has thus far dismissed Cairo’s efforts to mediate any sort of de-escalation, indicating that it wants to deal a knock-out blow to Hamas before entertaining the idea of a ceasefire.
So when Israel is systematically destroying Hamas, do you think that there is any chance that Hezbollah will just sit on the sidelines and watch it happen?
No way.
In fact, a Hamas official has stated that Hezbollah “will join the battle” if Gaza is invaded…
A senior Hamas official warned Israel on Tuesday that Iran and Lebanese Hezbollah “will join the battle if Gaza is subjected to a war of annihilation,” according to the Associated Press.
That is why the Israelis are sending so many military resources to the northern border.
On the third day of war between Hamas and Israel, residents of northern Israel were rushing to evacuate towns near the Lebanese border and buying essentials in preparation for a possible escalation.
As in much of the country, an eerie silence prevailed throughout the north, broken only by the rain showers periodically breaking over the area.
Driving up from central Israel, there was relatively little traffic on what is usually one of Israel’s busiest highways, Highway 6. On both sides of the road, tanks and military bulldozers on carriers headed to the southern and northern border.
If Hezbollah joins the war, the IDF will completely destroy Damascus and will directly target the Iran-backed Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad. Moreover, US warships will support Israel in this war. This message was delivered by Israel via France.
The IDF said it was responding to shells fired from Syria into Israel on Tuesday night.
Some of the shells most likely landed in open fields in Israel’s Golan Heights, the military added.
The IDF responded with artillery and mortar fire toward the source of the Syrian shelling.
If Israel ends up fighting Hamas, Hezbollah and Syria all at the same time, do you think that Iran will be able to stay out of the war?
The Iranians seem to fear direct military conflict, but it seems unlikely that they would refuse to fight if all of their allies in the region were getting pummeled by the Israelis.
And leaders from the two nations have already been exchanging some very harsh words…
“A senior Israeli government source said Monday that Israel has indications that Iran pushed Hamas into carrying out its massive infiltration and deadly assault, and that Iran was also pushing Hezbollah to be ready for conflict with Israel,” the Times of Israel reported.
Khamenei predicted that Israeli military operations would backfire. “The calculation of the illegitimate regime and its supporters in this regard is also wrong,” he said. “The rulers and decision-makers of the Zionist regime and their supporters should know that these actions will bring a greater disaster upon them, and the Palestinian people, with a firmer determination, will slap their hideous faces harder in response to these crimes.”
Of course the moment that Iran launches missiles at Israel, the U.S. will enter the conflict.
On Tuesday, Joe Biden made it very clear that the U.S. is standing with Israel in this fight…
President Joe Biden said the U.S. stands with Israel after Hamas’ brutal massacre in Israel, condemning the attack as “pure, unadulterated evil” and pledging to support Israel with military aid as war erupts in the Middle East.
“At this moment, we must be crystal clear: We stand with Israel,” Biden said Tuesday in remarks from the White House State Dining Room. “We will make sure Israel has what it needs to take care of its citizens, defend itself and respond to this attack. There’s no justification for terrorism. There’s no excuse.”
And Biden also confirmed that some of the hostages that are being held by Hamas are U.S. citizens…
Biden said Israel has a “right to respond and indeed has a duty to respond” four days after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared war on Hamas.
“There are moments in this life − I mean this literally − when pure unadulterated evil is unleashed in this world,” Biden said. “The people of Israel lived through one such moment this weekend.”
An estimated 100 to 150 people in Israel were kidnapped by Hamas militants and are being held captive in Gaza. That includes some Americans, Biden confirmed for the first time.
Hamas made a huge strategic mistake when it decided to take U.S. citizens hostage.
If they were smart, they would return those U.S. citizens immediately.
But they aren’t going to do that.
So now Joe Biden will have some decisions to make.
The US is likely to directly intervene with air and naval strikes if Israel’s existence is threatened, Ret. Gen. Barry McCaffrey said.
Speaking on Sunday on MSNBC’s “Weekends with Alex Witt,” the four-star US Army general described how such an escalation likely would only occur if Israel’s Middle Eastern neighbors became heavily involved.
“The other shoe we’re waiting to see if it drops is, will Hezbollah intervene out of Lebanon with their 100,000 some odd rockets? Will the West Bank ignite? And what will the Syrians and the Egyptians do?” McCaffrey said.
“I would suggest to you our support of Israel will be absolute, and if we see Syrian military intervention, active Iranian military intervention, we’ll go to war,” McCaffrey added.
Once Israeli troops move into Gaza, global events will start to move at a pace that will be absolutely breathtaking.
And at this moment it appears that the beginning of a ground operation could potentially be just hours away.

About the Author: My name is Michael and my brand new book entitled “End Times” is now available on Amazon.com. In addition to my new book I have written six other books that are available on Amazon.com including “7 Year Apocalypse”, “Lost Prophecies Of The Future Of America”, “The Beginning Of The End”, and “Living A Life That Really Matters”. (#CommissionsEarned) When you purchase any of these books you help to support the work that I am doing, and one way that you can really help is by sending copies as gifts to family and friends. Time is short, and I need help getting these warnings into the hands of as many people as possible. I have also started a brand new Substack newsletter, and I encourage you to subscribe so that you won’t miss any of my articles. I have published thousands of articles on The Economic Collapse Blog, End Of The American Dream and The Most Important News, and the articles that I publish on those sites are republished on dozens of other prominent websites all over the globe. I always freely and happily allow others to republish my articles on their own websites, but I also ask that they include this “About the Author” section with each article. The material contained in this article is for general information purposes only, and readers should consult licensed professionals before making any legal, business, financial or health decisions. I encourage you to follow me on social media on Facebook and Twitter, and any way that you can share these articles with others is definitely a great help.
Hamas has crossed lines that can never be uncrossed, and they have nobody to blame but themselves for what is about to happen. Throughout human history, it has always been acceptable for soldiers to attack other soldiers. But when they launched their surprise attack against Israel, Hamas showed no restraint whatsoever. Even though they knew that the whole world would be watching, they mercilessly killed and abused women, children and the elderly. And now footage has been released of them beheading captives. From this point forward, Hamas will be considered the moral equivalent of ISIS, and that is because they have behaved just like ISIS did.
There is a code of honor that all combatants are supposed to abide by everywhere in the world.
When a battle is raging, women and children are supposed to be left out of it.
A survivor of the rave massacre – in which over 260 young revellers at a party near the Gaza Strip were gunned down by Hamas terrorists – has said that women were “raped next to the dead bodies of their friends”.
Speaking to US website Tablet, the survivor said that several of the rape victims appeared to have been executed later, while others were taken to Gaza.
Another survivor returned to the scene later in the day to look for his friends spoke, of seeing cold and mutilated bodies, mainly of young women. He said he saw scantily clad corpses, many of whom appeared to have been shot at point-blank.
Over the past few days, countless videos of the atrocities that they committed have been shared all over social media.
Did they not understand how the rest of the world would respond to their behavior?
Maybe they are scoring points with their radical Muslim friends, but everyone else is absolutely sickened by what they have seen.
And to make matters worse, Hamas has decided to actually start beheading soldiers that they captured…
In a statement, Mossad said: “Hamas has released footage of them beheading captured soldiers. We will not share it, but the world needs to know their depravity exceeds that of ISIS. And we have been telling you all for years. May the precious souls of our men and women be in our hearts forever.”
When I first read that, I was hoping that it wasn’t true.
But it is.
The beheadings have been confirmed and the videos are all over social media.
I would not suggest watching any of them.
On Monday, Hamas announced that from now on an Israeli civilian will be executed every time the IDF conducts another bombing in Gaza without any pre-warning…
Hamas’ armed wing said on Monday it will begin executing an Israeli civilian captive in return for any new Israeli bombing of civilian houses without pre-warning.
Abu Obaida, spokesperson for Hamas’ armed wing, the IQB, said they have been acting in accordance with Islamic instructions by keeping Israeli captives safe.
He blamed the intended move on Israel’s stepped-up bombing and killing of civilians inside their homes in air strikes without warning them.
I am sure that Hamas would like for the bombing to stop.
At this point, the IDF is literally bombing the living daylights out of Gaza.
But there is no going back now.
The Israelis are absolutely livid, and they have decided to impose a very strict siege on Gaza for the foreseeable future…
Now, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said authorities will cut electricity to the Gaza Strip and block the entry of food and fuel, declaring his troops are ‘fighting barbaric [terrorists] and will respond accordingly’.
The measures will essentially enact siege-like conditions that will see the millions of Palestinians living in the tiny, fenced-in region begin to starve as they are attacked from the skies.
Of course this is just in preparation for the ground invasion that is coming.
So many people are going to die in the days ahead.
It would be hard to overstate the anger that we are witnessing in Israel right now.
The Israeli population is absolutely furious, and that fury is being reflected in the public statements of their leaders.
For example, here is how Israeli President Isaac Herzog has responded to the Hamas attack…
Israeli President Isaac Herzog condemned the horrifying reality of the Hamas terror attack, writing on X, “Not since the Holocaust have so many Jews been killed on one day.
“And not since the Holocaust have we witnessed scenes of Jewish women and children, grandparents, even Holocaust survivors being herded into trucks and taken into captivity. Hamas has imported, adopted and replicated the savagery of ISIS. Entering civilian homes on a holy day and murdering in cold blood whole families, young and old, violating and burning bodies, beating and torturing their innocent victims.”
And Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is pledging that what the Israeli military is about to do “will echo for generations”…
He said: “We have not seen such atrocities from ISIS. Children were executed and entire families were exterminated by Arab Terrorists.
“There were atrocities that I will not describe here. Hamas is ISIS and we will destroy it as the world defeated ISIS.
“At the end of the war, all our enemies will know it was a terrible mistake to attack Israel.
“What we will do to our enemy over the next few days will echo for generations. Any place from which Hamas operates will turn into rubble.”
Needless to say, it isn’t just the Israelis that are seething with anger.
Here in the United States, there are many that want to see Hamas get absolutely destroyed. In his most recent article, Victor Davis Hanson expressed what he is feeling at this moment…
Apparently, the Palestinians in their now ISIS role also thought their descent into even greater barbarity, rarely witnessed in even the most savage parts of the world, would shock Israelis into assuming some sort of collective fetal position, with hands over their ears screaming, “make all these demons just go away.”
If so, Hamas sorely miscalculated.
The sheer horror of their methods, and the cowardice shown by focusing on teen-aged girls and children rather than the IDF, will have the exact opposite effect, both in Israel and worldwide.
Israel now knows there is no living with a precivilizational Hamas. It must destroy it, permanently block off Gaza from itself, and adopt a strategy of chronic disproportionate response from now on out.
In such a change of strategy, Israel will have the backing of most of the civilized world and its own people, since there is no other choice once Hamas has adopted its campaign of death. We will likely see things in the next month that no one has anticipated, and yet the Israeli response will be in the eyes of most of the world long overdue.
Of course what Hamas has done has also emboldened radical Muslims that are living in major cities all over the western world.
There have been lots of very large pro-Hamas rallies, and the rhetoric that is being spewed at some of them is absolutely frightening. The following is what one Muslim speaker had to say to a crowd that had assembled in New York City…
In New York City, a Muslim man made a threat to all non-believers.
“We’re done being tortured and hurt and judged. This is the correct religion. This is the religion that all of humanity needs to be — Islam.”
“We will not stop until it enters every home. So I want you to repeat after me. I want to hear it in every single district. It should tremble Brooklyn should hear it. The Bronx should hear it. Queens should hear it. Say it — There is no God worthy of worship except Allah. The God of Jesus, the God of Moses, the God of Abraham, and the God of the last and final prophet, Muhammed…”
Thanks to the very foolish policies of our leaders, there are vast numbers of radical Muslims now living in our communities.
And if this conflict between Hamas and Israel does evolve into the great Middle East war that many of us have been anticipating, there will be violence in cities all over the planet.
October 7th, 2023 was a day when everything changed.
From this point forward our world will be a much different place, and we will soon see death and destruction on a scale that most people can’t even imagine right now.

Randy Luth put the first rail on an AR-15 rifle. He also showed the planet how to hunt with a Modern Sporting Rifle. Randy is one of the most quietly influential people in the modern gun world. In addition to being a gun-bodging savant, he is also a really nice guy. Not to mention, his company, Luth-AR, regularly delivers excellent products, like the MCA-22 chassis for the Ruger 10/22.
The Luth-AR MCA-22 Chassis
Luth-AR offers a bewildering range of gun parts and accessories. His custom barrels, receivers, fire controls, forearms, and sundry widgets reliably make good guns better. With the introduction of the new Modular Chassis Assembly-22 (MCA-22), Randy’s company is delving into the rimfire world.
Practical Tactical
The chiseled CAG operator settled in behind his customized precision sniper rig as the rest of the world faded away. Pervasive bugs, Helmand’s legendary penetrating heat, and the discomfort of a thousand annoying little things disappeared in the face of impeccable personal discipline and a zillion hours behind the gun. Through his refined tactical glass, the man saw the face of evil incarnate.
Abdul Muhammad Abdus Salam absentmindedly straightened his bejeweled eye patch. Three gorgeous Sports Illustrated swimsuit models wept openly in the background. Chained as they were to the bumper of Abdus Salam’s jingle truck, the trio of smoking hot women rightly believed all hope was lost.
The operator was fuzzy on how exactly three voluptuous American girls had fallen into the nefarious clutches of the planet’s most bloodthirsty ISIS terrorist. Regardless, he settled his reticle on the fat man’s greasy chest. Measured his breathing. And took up the slack in his trigger.
Soon, he and the grateful coeds would be winging it back to safety in the belly of an MH47G Chinook. It was just another day in the life of a genuine American hero.
Who am I kidding? In all of human history, only one other guy and I have ever claimed to have rescued gorgeous girls from the clutches of an evil supervillain. And we’re both pathological liars.
Sadly, that very seldom happens out here in the real world. Particularly to 56-year-old gun writers who haven’t been in really good shape since the Clinton administration. However, if ever you need to practice your girl-saving sniper skills without breaking the bank in the process, the Luth-AR MCA-22 is your go-to iron.
Foundations
The Ruger 10/22 is the most popular rimfire rifle in the world. Developed in 1964 by Bill Ruger and Harry Sefried, the 10/22 hit the coveted sweet spot. Simple, reliable, versatile, and cool. The 10/22 started many a shooter down the path toward competition, recreation, hunting or military service. As of 2015, there had already been seven million copies produced.
One of the reasons for the 10/22’s popularity is its price. Bill and Harry designed the weapon for manufacturability. Ruger churns these things out in such quantity that consumers can take advantage of an economy of scale.
The first copies cost $54.50 in 1965. That would be about $523 in today’s money. Nowadays, however, innovative mass production techniques mean the MSRP for the base model rifle is only $369.
The mystical combination of reasonable price, accuracy, and availability has placed this nifty little rifle in countless gun safes, bedroom closets, and pickup trucks.
The 10/22 is a cool rifle, but out of the box, it is really just a plinker. It features a basic walnut stock that is one size fits most, and the feature set is fairly pedestrian. The stock version of the 10/22 is the Ford Fiesta of guns. However, the humble 10/22 is capable of so much more.
Why The MCA-22?
In the past, the artisans at Luth-AR have used the centerfire AR rifle as their artistic medium. I’ve built up a couple of black rifles using Luth-AR parts and found them to be well above your standard fare. The ergonomics are well-reasoned, and the engineering sublime. They took this same compulsion for perfection and poured it into the MCA-22.
The MCA-22 was developed in concert with Roth Performance. Mark Roth made his name designing accessories and aftermarket upgrades for shotguns. There is a lot of common mechanical DNA between these two broad efforts.
The MCA-22 is a drop-in fit for standard Ruger 10/22 actions and compatible clones. Likewise, the stock includes a removable polymer insert to accommodate standard barrels. With the insert removed, the stock will rock heavy bull barrels or integrally-suppressed units so long as the overall diameter is 0.92 inches or less.
The forearm insert pops out easily as needed, and the stock is formed from high-strength, glass-filled nylon. In addition, the ancillary bits are 6061 aluminum or steel. The stock alone weighs 2.09 pounds and optimally interfaces with the human form.
Fitting the MCA-22 to You
The goose-neck pistol grip includes bilateral palm swells for use by either hand. The cheekpiece is readily adjustable for comb height and includes serrations so you can keep track of its precise location. Correspondingly, the stock and pistol grip are nicely checkered.
The cheekpiece offers .75 inches worth of travel fore and aft and another 2 inches up and down. Similarly, the butt pad will adjust an inch vertically. The length of pull runs from 11.25 to 15.75 inches. All adjustments are positive and incremental. Everything is held in place via generous thumbscrews, so no tools are required for a perfect fit.
Accessory slots are M-Lok standard. There are five underneath for a grip or bipod and one on each side for lights or lasers. The front of the forearm comes pre-drilled with a dome sling stud locator hole should you wish to finish drilling and thread it.
Assembly is a piece of cake. It took me maybe five minutes to seat my action.
Accessorizing the 10/22 and MCA-22 Chassis
The Ruger 10/22 comes from the factory threaded for an included scope mount. I already had my favorite stainless steel 10/22 outfitted with an inexpensive but functional Bushnell scope.
This rig has accounted for quite a few tree rats and water moccasins around my rural homestead already. To complete the package, I needed a folding bipod and proper muzzle snuffer.
The bipod came from Magpul. An M-Lok mount makes it easy to mount and remove. Legs readily adjust for command height. There are 50 degrees of tilt and 40 degrees of pan. The whole shebang is built from rugged reinforced polymer, 6061 T-6 anodized aluminum, and stainless steel.
The can is a SilencerCo Switchback 22. Rated for full-auto fire from .22 Short up to 5.7x28mm centerfire, the Switchback 22 is one of the most versatile small-caliber cans ever contrived.
By mixing and matching end caps and tubes, the operator can configure the Switchback 22 in three different lengths. Flipping the distal bit optimizes the can for either rifles or pistols. Nobody does it better.
Trigger Time On the Luth-AR MCA-22
With the MCA-22 installed and running, the resulting rimfire rifle is the plinker that thinks it’s a sniper rig. Once properly configured, the furniture fits your anatomy like your favorite set of broken-in boxers (you know, the ones that your wife won’t let you wear around the house because of all the sagging elastic and gaping holes).
Stretching out on an old Army sleeping mat behind it is the perfect way to kill a lazy Saturday afternoon.
The gun is obviously only as accurate as the host action, trigger, and cartridge. It still remains a .22 rimfire at heart. However, it still shoots delightfully straight, and it’s just so darn comfortable.
So, what’s it actually good for? Fully accessorized, the Luth-AR MCA-22 Chassis is suitable for Steel Challenge competition, Practical Rimfire matches, casual recreational shooting, and light hunting.
The rifle is light enough to pack yet sufficiently stable to shoot straight. Settling in behind this rascal to ventilate empty Coke cans will remind you of just what attracted you to this quirky little sport in the first place.
The Luth-AR MCA-22 chassis will set you back $190. That’s pretty reasonable for the top-flight design, engineering, and materials science that goes into it. Admittedly, once you spring for the action, drop a c-note on the bipod, fit up some glass, and thread a Switchback 22 on the muzzle, you’ve dumped a not-insubstantial chunk of change on this project.
However, doing so incrementally spreads out the pain, and the end result is just about the coolest homebuilt precision .22 platform money can buy. Pulling this thing tight and sending a few downrange will indeed let your imagination get the best of you.
