Did you see that we just bombed the Houthis?  Each new day in 2024 seems to bring some sort of a new escalation, and for now most Americans can ignore all of the fighting because it is all happening on the other side of the globe.  But how are they going to feel when the U.S. is actively engaged in multiple wars simultaneously and those wars are directly affecting daily life inside the United States?  The time to speak out against the foolish policies of our leaders is before the entire world is engulfed in flames.  Once thousands of missiles start flying, it will be too late.

Most Americans don’t realize this, but this weekend Taiwan will hold an election which may determine whether the U.S. and China go to war.

In fact, China has literally framed this election as “a choice between war and peace”…

Across the Pacific, Taiwan will this weekend hold one of the most closely watched polls globally and its outcome could impact rocky U.S.-China ties and dictate geopolitical trends in 2024. China has called it a choice between war and peace.

On January 13, 19.54 million people—83 percent of Taiwan’s population—will be eligible to vote, including 1.03 million possible first-timers, according to the Central Election Commission in Taipei. At stake are the promise of myriad social reforms, the future of Taiwan’s economic and energy policies, and, as always, its relationship with neighboring China, balanced against its decades-long closeness with America.

We shall see what happens, but the candidate that has been leading in the polls is the candidate that China hates the most…

Taiwan presidential front-runner Lai Ching-te’s lead over his main opposition rival has narrowed significantly, setting the stage for a close race in the final weeks before the pivotal vote.

Lai’s ticket, representing the ruling party, leads with 37.3% of support followed by Hou Yu-ih’s of opposition Kuomintang (KMT) with 33.4%, according to a survey conducted between Dec. 19 and Dec. 21 by pollster My Formosa. Ko Wen-je of the Taiwan People’s Party trails with 17.7%.

If Lai Ching-te wins, a Chinese invasion becomes very likely.

And the moment that China invades Taiwan, the U.S. and China will be at war.

Meanwhile, the war in the Middle East just got even more “interesting”.  It is being reported that a “U.S.-led coalition” just struck more than a dozen targets in Yemen…

A U.S.-led coalition has attacked sites in Yemen associated with Iranian-backed Houthi rebels who have been firing dozens of drones and missiles into Red Sea shipping lanes.

The U.S. strikes, a significant escalation of the U.S. involvement in Middle East fighting amid Israel’s war in Gaza, followed the 27th Houthi attack since late November earlier Thursday. The attacks deepen U.S. involvement in the region. In recent weeks, the Pentagon has attacked Iranian-backed militants in Iraq and Syria who have targeted U.S. troops there with rocket attacks.

“Today, at my direction, U.S. military forces — together with the United Kingdom and with support from Australia, Bahrain, Canada, and the Netherlands — successfully conducted strikes against a number of targets in Yemen used by Houthi rebels to endanger freedom of navigation in one of the world’s most vital waterways,” President Joe Biden said late Thursday.

In addition to being at war with Iranian-backed militias in Iraq and Syria, now we are essentially at war with the Houthis.

We are being told that the targets included “radar systems, drone storage and launch sites, ballistic missile storage and launch sites, and cruise missile storage and launch sites”…

The strikes were from fighter jets and Tomahawk missiles. More than a dozen Houthi targets were fired upon by missiles fired from air, surface, and sub platforms and were chosen for their ability to degrade the Houthis’ continued attacks on vessels in the Red Sea, a US official told CNN.

They included radar systems, drone storage and launch sites, ballistic missile storage and launch sites, and cruise missile storage and launch sites.

The strikes are a sign of the growing international alarm over the threat to one of the world’s most critical waterways. For weeks, the US had sought to avoid direct strikes on Yemen because of the risk of escalation in a region already simmering with tension, but the ongoing Houthi attacks on international shipping compelled the coalition to act.

Needless to say, this war in the Middle East is still only in the very early stages.

It is going to get so much worse.

The war in Ukraine is going to get a lot worse too, and in recent weeks Russian forces have been steadily gaining ground.

I feel so bad for those that have been forcibly conscripted to fight on the front lines.  The Russians are constantly pummeling the front lines with all sorts of weaponry, and that includes massive glide bombs that possess enormous destructive power…

Ukrainian Army frontline personnel speaking to the New York Times have widely reported devastating damage from a new wave of Russian air strikes using glide bombs. Personnel told the American paper that while long having suffered from near constant artillery attacks, since the spring they had endured “the additional devastating power” of these glide bombs. They stressed that these bombs were obliterating their underground bunkers and carried up to 500kg of explosives each. One serviceman compared the impact of Russian glide bomb strikes to “hell’s gates,” stressing that the Russian Air Force “would send them two by two by two, eight in an hour… It sounds like a jet coming down on you.” The Russian Defence Ministry has reported the integration of gliding and correction modules onto FAB-500 500kg bombs against Ukrainian positions, with these having a range of approximately 70km depending on the altitude from which they are released. Such guided bombs can lay down fire at a small fraction of the cost of cruise or ballistic missiles, but still cost significantly more than unguided bombs.

Can you imagine sitting in a muddy trench hour after hour as tremendous explosions go off all around you?

The next round probably won’t have your number on it, but it might.

Hundreds of thousands have already died, and many of them never even receive a proper burial.

As the Ukrainians lose ground, they will become increasingly desperate.

Some Ukrainian leaders have suggested using U.S.-supplied weapons to strike missile launch sites inside Russia, and Dmitry Medvedev is warning that such a move could provoke a nuclear response…

A senior ally of President Vladimir Putin warned on Thursday that any Ukrainian attacks on missile launch sites inside Russia with arms supplied by the United States and its allies would risk a nuclear response from Moscow.

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, now deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, said that some Ukrainian military commanders were considering hitting missile launch sites inside Russia with Western-supplied long-range missiles.

This war should have been ended a long time ago.

At some point someone is going to push things too far, and then there will be no going back.

Just within the past 24 hours, several more bombshell stories have appeared in the news cycle.  The following are 3 extremely alarming developments which could have enormous global implications…

#1 Hospitals In Northern Israel Are Being Ordered To Prepare For “Thousands Of Casualties”

We have seen a series of escalations on the northern front in recent days, and that includes the assassination of the brother-in-law of the leader of Hezbollah.  Now, Israeli media is telling us that hospitals in the north are being ordered to get ready to receive large numbers of war casualties…

Israeli media reports IDF ordered preparation for the expansion of the fighting in the north (Lebanon).

Israeli Ministry of Health ordered the hospitals to be prepared to receive “thousands of casualties” in a short time.

Why would such an alert get issued now?

Is something major about to happen?

According to a prominent Israeli news source, one hospital has actually been instructed to prepare for a “desert island” situation…

The Israeli Health Ministry ordered hospitals in the north to be ready to receive thousands of wounded, under extraneous conditions, as fighting intensifies on Israel’s border with Lebanon, according to a report by Kan.

The Ziv Hospital in Safed and the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya started preparing for what has been described as a “desert island” situation, meaning days without equipment, medicines or food in the event of a massive Hezbollah attack.

The hospitals in Safed and Nahariya have also been instructed to prepare for the transfer of patients to other medical centers. Furthermore, the Health Ministry advised an increased vigilance and preparedness in all hospital systems and health insurance funds across the country.

To me, it certainly sounds like Israeli authorities are anticipating that a full-blown regional war could soon break out, and that would have massive global ramifications.

#2 A Deadly New Variant That Is 100% Fatal In Mice “Due To Infection Of The Brain”

I don’t even know what to make of this story.

Apparently, a team of scientists has been messing around with a coronavirus variant that has killed all of the mice that have been exposed to it…

The research group of former PLA scientist Yigang Tong has published a new paper showing a “pangolin” coronavirus (GX_P2V) variant is 100% fatal to hACE2 mice likely due to infection of the brain.

Meanwhile, it is being reported that Dr. Peter Daszak has discovered “a never-before-seen virus with ‘almost’ as much potential to infect humans as Covid”…

A zoologist whose organisation funded controversial experiments in Wuhan which some fear started the pandemic has presented the discovery of a never-before-seen virus with ‘almost’ as much potential to infect humans as Covid.

Dr Peter Daszak, head of the New York based non-profit EcoHealth Alliance, detailed his finding in bats at an event held by the World Health Organization (WHO) on future pandemic research preparedness.

EcoHealth had its funding pulled and projects to find viruses in China cancelled due to concerns about its ties to the Covid lab leak theory — but it has continued to operate in Thailand and other parts of Asia with millions of dollars in US government grants.

As I have repeatedly warned my readers, we live in an era when great pestilences will erupt quite frequently all over the globe.

It is just a matter of time before the next global pandemic arrives, and so I hope that you have been getting ready.

#3 Civil War In Ecuador

Have you heard about what is happening in Ecuador?

We are being told that a “civil war” has erupted, and at this point the entire nation has descended into a state of complete and utter chaos…

Ecuador is descending into civil war after a bunch of masked thugs stormed a television station in the port city of Guayaquil yesterday while taking prison guards hostage and murdering civilians.

Viewers watched in horror last night as the men threatened presenters and workers with automatic weapons and explosives on live television, with the sound of gunshots and terrified hostages begging for mercy audible in the background.

Of course the incident at that television station was only a small part of the widespread violence that we witnessed on Tuesday…

The terrorist actions committed by Ecuador’s criminal gangs on Tuesday — which included kidnappings, prison riots, and the use of explosive devices against civilian and police vehicles — left at least ten dead, including two policemen. On early Wednesday morning, police authorities found a burned vehicle with three burned people inside in a Guayaquil neighborhood.

The internal conflict decree designates over 20 of Ecuador’s most dangerous criminal gangs as military targets, allowing the nation’s armed forces to conduct operations to “neutralize” them. The decree goes hand in hand with a 60-day state of emergency declaration and curfew President Daniel Noboa approved this week.

Over the past few years, we have seen a series of pro-western governments fall around the globe.

Will Ecuador be the next domino to tumble?

Let us hope not, but at this point the tight grip that the U.S. and the EU once had on so much of the planet is starting to falter.

We really have entered a period of tremendous worldwide chaos, and I fully expect things to get even more wild during the months ahead.

Survey after survey has shown that Americans overwhelmingly agree that this country is moving in the wrong direction.  So how did we get here?  I often write about the economy, politics, crime, immigration, homelessness, corruption, drugs, the mainstream media, online censorship, government surveillance, war and many other challenges that our nation is facing.  But none of them is America’s biggest problem.  Ultimately, America’s biggest problem is the fact that our country has become completely saturated with evil.  From the very top of society to the very bottom of society, we have eagerly embraced evil, and just about every form of wickedness that you can possibly imagine is exploding all around us.  If we do not reverse course, there is no future for us.

Once upon a time, Washington D.C. was a beacon of hope for the rest of the world, but now it has become an epicenter of evil.

Many years ago I actually worked in Washington D.C., and even at that time I could literally feel the evil in the air.  I am sure that it is even worse now.

Everyone knows that our politicians are deeply corrupt, and many of them do things that should get them sent to prison for a very long time.

On Monday, another batch of Epstein documents was released to the public, and the allegations that they contain are being described as “explosive”…

Another batch of documents from a defamation lawsuit related to Jeffrey Epstein were released on Monday morning.

The Gateway Pundit obtained the 17 new documents on Monday and they are explosive!

The new documents, which were reviewed by this reporter, reveal there are alleged sex tapes of Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew and Richard Branson.

“When my friend had sexual intercourse with Clinton, Prince Andrew and Richard Branson, sex tapes were in fact filed on each separate occasion by Jeffery,” said the witness, Sarah Ransome.

Of course the entire Jeffrey Epstein scandal is only a very small fraction of the overall picture.

For years, those that have been raped and abused by our leaders have been coming forward, but none of our leaders are ever held accountable.

So the sex crimes are just going to continue.

But as bad as our politicians are, our scientists are often even worse.

Many like to point a finger at Dr. Fauci, and he is certainly unspeakably evil, but the truth is that there are thousands of other mad scientists running around that are just like him.

And they are doing things that should never, ever be done.

Let me give you a perfect example of what I am talking about.  It is being reported that a team of crazed scientists has used “human fetal brain tissue” to create “minibrains” which are used in very sick and twisted experiments…

For the first time, scientists have grown cerebral organoids — three-dimensional, lab-grown “minibrains” — from human fetal brain tissue.

The new organoids grew to the size of a grain of rice and contained many types of cells that self-organized into complex 3D structures. The researchers also triggered the growth of brain tumors within the minibrains and tested the tumors’ response to existing cancer drugs.

There was a time when science was considered to be a noble profession.

Sadly, those days are long gone.

At this moment, men and women in lab coats all over the globe are involved in very serious crimes against humanity, and none of them will ever be held accountable either.

Meanwhile, the crime wave that is plaguing communities all over America just continues to grow.

If you can believe it, approximately one out of every thirty people living in Oakland, California had a vehicle stolen last year…

One in thirty Oakland residents had their car stolen last year as 15,000 vehicles were stolen – a 45 percent increase in just a year.

The shocking figure is the highest in 15 years.

However, less than five percent of those auto theft cases lead to an actual arrest as the California city’s understaffed and underfunded police department are preoccupied dealing with a 21 percent spike in violent crime. And there are also just two police officers assigned to deal with car theft.

Of course it isn’t just property crime that is on the rise.

Our streets are literally teeming with sexual predators, and some of the crimes that they are committing could have been pulled right out of a horror movie…

A Texas man has been arrested for kidnapping and holding a woman hostage after snatching her off the street nearly five years ago when she was pregnant.

Lee Carter, 52, has been charged with aggravated kidnapping after police discovered the victim locked in a garage attached to his Houston home.

Court documents revealed on April 7, 2023 officers from the Houston Police Department were dispatched to 5251 Perry Street in Houston in reference to a kidnapping in progress when they heard a voice coming from the garage.

Video from Fox 26 shows officers breaking the window of the garage where they found a dog and a mattress inside in the area police believe the victim was held captive.

Had you heard about that story before reading this article?

Probably not.

It barely made a blip in the news cycle, and that is because this sort of thing happens all the time these days.

At this stage of our societal collapse, even many of our teachers are sexual predators.

This week, we learned that a teacher in Florida is being charged with sexually exploiting an 8th-grade boy after authorities discovered “28 sex videos of them together on his phone”…

A teacher in Orange County, Florida, is facing federal charges after the parents of her former 8th-grade student found 28 sex videos of them together on his phone.

The teacher, Marie-Jo Gordo, was indicted on three counts of sexually exploiting a minor on Wednesday. The jury determined that she “(enticed) a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct” and then “(produced) a visual depiction of such conduct.”

The Orlando Sentinel reports, “Federal investigators said the student’s parents found video of Marie-Jo Gordo and their underage son, whom she taught in 2019, having sex in what appeared to be vehicles and hotel rooms throughout Central Florida. The videos were taken between June and September of 2023 and three were described in court filings.”

If you send your children to our public schools, you are just asking for trouble.

Plus, the quality of the “education” that they will receive will be absolutely pathetic.

But that is a subject for another article.

Sadly, many of our churches are also filled with sexual predators.

And I am not just talking about those sitting in the audience.

Almost every day there is another story in the news about some prominent preacher that is being investigated for something.

And as Jonathan Cahn has aptly observed, even the Pope has gone completely off the rails at this point…

Everywhere you look, evil is growing.

Our culture is rotting and decaying all around us, and as Victor Davis Hanson has explained, this process has accelerated significantly over the past six months…

In the last six months, we have borne witness to many iconic moments evidencing the collapse of American culture.

The signs are everywhere and cover the gamut of politics, the economy, education, social life, popular culture, foreign policy, and the military. These symptoms of decay share common themes.

Our descent is self-induced; it is not a symptom of a foreign attack or subterfuge. Our erosion is not the result of poverty and want, but of leisure and excess. We are not suffering from existential crises of famine, plague, or the collapse of our grid and fuel sources. Prior, far poorer, and war-torn generations now seem far better off than what we are becoming.

So what is the solution?

As a nation, we should immediately change direction and we should be crying out for mercy.

Unfortunately, that just isn’t happening.  Instead, we are running away from God as rapidly as we can.  The following comes from an article recently authored by Hal Lindsey…

But the greatest danger facing America is its arrogant dismissal of the God whose blessings it daily squanders. Vast portions of the population spend their blessings from God on activities that demean humanity and exalt evil. In this, the US is joined by most of the world. Most Americans don’t realize it yet, but time is running out for our country.

If we stay on the path that we are on, there is no hope.

In the aftermath of an attack on an Isreal air base by Lebanon-based militants of the terrorist group, Hezbollah, Benjamin Netanyahu has threatened that “no terrorist is immune.” He further warned Hezbollah that they should take a look at what has happened to Hamas militants in Gaza before escalating its conflict with Israel,

Hezbollah declared that it had fired dozens of missiles at the Mount Meron air control base in northern Israel, close to the Lebanon border on Saturday. The militant group said the attack had been carried out in response to the assassination of Hamas deputy leader Saleh al-Arouri in Beirut, which it has blamed on Israel.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) admitted that the base had been damaged, but did not elaborate on the scale of destruction. In response, the IDF carried out several attacks on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. -RT

At a cabinet meeting on Sunday, Netanyahu said “a national goal” of his state is to protect its citizens. “I suggest that Hezbollah learn what Hamas has already learned in recent months: no terrorist is immune,” he added. “We are determined to protect our citizens and return the residents of the north safely to their homes. This is a national goal that we all share and we act responsibly to achieve it. If we can, we will do it through diplomatic means, and if not, we will act in other ways.”

According to statistics shared by RT, the war between Israel and the Palestinian militant group Hamas in Gaza started after some 1,200 people were killed in a cross-border attack by Hamas on October 7. More than 100 hostages are still believed to be held by the militant group. Since then, almost 23,000 people have been killed in Gaza.

What is sheltering in place? It is a short-term solution to address a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threat where individuals seek shelter inside a nearby enclosed structure. The goal is to keep all contaminated outside air from seeping inside.

1. How to Shelter in Place at Work, at Home, or in Your Vehicle

You can be almost anywhere when the local authorities sound the alarm. Thus, it is best that you are knowledgeable enough to handle such a situation wherever you may be. Learn how to shelter in place wherever you find yourself whether at home or outside with this guide.

2. Check Your Home Emergency Kit

Other than the basics, your home emergency kit should contain pet food, OTC meds for your members with prescription needs, water purification tablets, anti-nuclear radiation potassium iodide tablets, and an ABC-rated Fire Extinguisher, just to name a few.

3. Include Documents in Your Emergency Kit

Important documents like medical and immunization records, insurance cards, spare keys, extra cash, and a map are essential elements that should be part of your emergency kit.

Most especially if you have a family member with serious/ongoing medical conditions.

4. Choose a Safe Room

If you can’t have a standard safe room installed, choosing a particular room in your home with the fewest or no windows at all is the next best thing. A master bedroom is an ideal location for a safe room.

5. Prepare a Safe Place for Your Pets

Make sure the safe place is pet-friendly. Get rid of any plants or toxic chemicals. Block places where your pets might get stuck in if they get frightened like vents or underneath heavy furniture.

6. Check for Warning Systems

It is important to know whether you can see and hear the warning systems in your locality. Your local government may have sirens or warning lights installed in your area. Knowing where these are and what they sound is critical for higher chances of survival.

7. Prepare a Family Emergency Plan

Advance preparation and constant shelter-in-place drills will make you and your family prepared with what to do, where to go, how, and where to find each other.

Most importantly, plot out how you can all communicate with each other if you part ways and need to seek shelter in another place.

8. Stockpile Adequate Supplies for You and Your Family

At least a 3-day supply will get you through such a situation.

Make sure you also have supplies for specific needs for persons with disabilities or medical needs.

9. Stockpile Bathroom Tissue

This item is often overlooked and somehow, preppers only realize its importance when it’s already too late. This will show you how to come up with a figure on how much tissue you should have in your stockpile.

It will also depend on how many people are in your house and how much BT you use on a daily basis.

10. Buy Extra Medical Supplies

You must have extra medical supplies just in case. Disposable gloves, rubber or nitrile gloves, N100 masks, and disinfectants such as hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, and bleach.

Other items such as duct tape, plastic sheeting material, and tarps are also equally important.

11. Invest in Solar Lanterns

Solar lanterns are the most effective and cheapest way to keep your home sufficiently lit during a blackout.

You would not worry about batteries anymore, and it should be bright enough for you to find your way around without stumbling.

12. Have a Store-a-Potty Ready

This 72-hour emergency toilet kit has an airtight lid, a snap-on toilet seat, a 3-day supply of biohazard bags, and deodorizer packets.

Other than making sure you have enough food and water, you can keep your health in tip-top shape through proper sanitation and hygiene.

13. Form a Personal Support Network

Support teams can consist of family, co-workers, friends, and caretakers. Inform them of your emergency plan and give them a set of extra keys to your home. Provide a copy of all important documents and medications to at least one out-of-state contact.

14. Prepare an Evacuation Plan

Once authorities order that it is clear to vacate the place where you’re sheltering you must know where to go next.

Point out meeting places outside your neighborhood. Prepare alternate exit routes in case the areas you’re traversing might be inaccessible as well.

15. Close the Business or Worksite

This is the first thing you should do. First, ask the customers to stay. Then, list down all the names of those who are with you in the room.

Contact your business designated emergency numbers to let them know who is with you, after. Include their affiliation in your business as well.

16. Close and Activate the School’s Emergency Plan

This should be a plan that needs regular practice so students and faculty would know what to do in case of an emergency. Employees should be familiar with the building’s mechanical systems to turn them off and have it sealed immediately.

17. Stay in Your Vehicle

If it’s not possible to go to a building or your home, the safest and quickest way possible is for you to stay in your vehicle. Park in the safest place you can find. If possible, under a shaded area.

Turn off the engine, and close the windows and vents. Grab your emergency kit and listen to the radio.

18. Follow Protective Actions and Protective Actions Guides

The United States Department of Health and Human Services has a set of guidelines put together by the Radiation Emergency Medical Management or REMM.

This will enable you to follow various ways to protect your family if you need to seek shelter in another place.

19. Seal Doors, Windows, and Air Vents with Plastic Sheeting

Using duct tape and plastic sheeting seal all doors, windows, outlets, vents, and other possible entry points of outside air.

If plastic is not available, you can use a wet towel.

20. Turn Off Cooling, Heating, and Ventilation Systems

Never forget to switch off these systems first before sealing doors and windows. Doing so may bring contaminated outside air directly into your home. Don’t forget the fireplace damper as well.

21. Play the Game of Monkey See Monkey Do

This is for a typical school scenario. For a teacher, keeping the kids quiet and not worrying about their parents is quite difficult.

Playing this game may somehow catch their attention and keep them still, thus avoiding many more unnecessary dangers.

22. Run-Hide-Fight

This is for a college setting with a shooter scenario. You will have to run to the nearest room, then lock the door behind you.

Take note to switch your phone to “silent or vibrate mode” while hiding under a desk or furniture. Should you be under imminent threat by the intruder, be ready to fight with anything you can use as a weapon.

23. Convert a Regular Wet/Dry Vacuum into an Air Filter

As long as the vacuum has a HEPA filter installed, it will clean out the air drawn from outside. The air that will exit the exhaust port and blow into the flow room will most likely be free of airborne viruses.

24. Wear an N95 Respirator Mask

This mask supposedly protects the wearer against airborne contaminants (0.3 microns in size) by 95%. Since it is disposable, it is best that you stockpile a few boxes for you and your family. This item should also be part of your emergency survival kit.

25. Stay Off the Phone Unless It Is Completely Necessary

Trying to contact your loved ones can clog up the telephone lines, which is critically needed by emergency personnel. Unless of course, it’s an emergency like a fire, police, or medical.

The school or workplace has systems for keeping your children or other family members protected if they need shelter.

26. Track Local TV and Radio Stations

Keeping updated on what is happening is important. This will enable you to make the necessary decisions that will make or break your and your family’s survival.

Having an NOAA public alert radio is also important.

27. Prevent Boredom and Cabin Fever

Have board games, dance videos, playing cards, puzzles, and the like prepared to keep you and your family preoccupied while waiting for the clear out from authorities.

You’ll never know when you might need them. It may take longer than you expect.

28. Once Given the “All Clear” Signal

Before exiting the structure, open all doors, windows, and vents, and turn on the heating as well as the air conditioning system.

Let the air out while waiting outside for about 15 to 30 minutes before re-entering.

29. Evacuating After the “All Clear” Signal

Identify the paths to the nearest exit before the “All Clear” signal, first. Then, stay together and exit in an orderly fashion.

Never use the elevators, though. Finally, once you’re outside, account for every person present and immediately report any missing person.

30. Report to the Evacuation Reception and Care Center

Register your name even if you do not plan to stay there.

Family and friends who might be looking for you can proceed to the designated center. This will, in turn, make their search much easier.

Corey Jaskolski is the CEO of an artificial intelligence company known as Synthetaic, and the system that his company has developed is extremely impressive.

According to NPR, it “really can find anything you want anywhere in the world”…

BRUMFIEL: AI has been getting attention for its potential to bring huge changes to lots of different fields in the near future, but the AI revolution in surveillance is happening now. For decades, cameras have been watching over cities, businesses and even homes. But that footage has mainly been stored locally, and reviewing it took a pair of human eyes. Not anymore. AI systems can now hunt for a van in a city, scan license plates and even faces in real time. The system being developed by Synthetaic has many possible uses. An environmental group, for example, is trying to use it to track large livestock operations globally to monitor greenhouse gas emissions. Synthetaic’s system really can find anything you want anywhere in the world.

JASKOLSKI: We’ve run searches, as an example, across the entire eastern seaboard of Russia for ships, and we can find every ship in a few minutes. It’s pretty remarkable.

BRUMFIEL: Being able to scan the vast coastline of a nation like Russia is why this kind of technology has caught the eye of big government intelligence agencies. Watching everything that needs to be watched has always been a labor-intensive business. Even in George Orwell’s famous novel “1984,” the all-seeing thought police struggled to keep up.

In the wrong hands, such technology could potentially be used to enforce tyranny on a scale never seen before in all of human history.

I wanted to learn more about Synthetaic, and so I went to their official website, and I discovered that they recently announced “a five-year strategic partnership agreement with Microsoft”…

Synthetaic, a leading provider of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, and has announced a five-year strategic partnership agreement with Microsoft aimed at revolutionizing AI data and cloud solutions. As part of this agreement, Microsoft is providing Synthetaic access to nearly 1 million hours (about 114 years) of cloud compute resources. This strategic collaboration will unlock a new era of possibilities in computer vision and data analysis, with a wide range of benefits across defense and intelligence, commercial, and non-government agency applications.

This partnership will help significantly accelerate innovation with Synthetaic’s key product, the Rapid Automatic Image Categorization (RAIC) tool. RAIC, built on Microsoft Azure, enables unparalleled search capabilities through automated data labelling, allowing for the exploration of massive global datasets, without the need for pretraining or structuring. RAIC was instrumental in the tracing of suspected Chinese balloon flights through 18 trillion pixels of Earth observation imagery without a pretrained model using a rough sketch and unlabeled data.

Most people don’t even know that this sort of surveillance technology exists.

And now AI has made it possible for the watchers to seamlessly connect everything that we do online to everything that we do offline…

However, with the advance of the internet and the increased reliance on it to perform many of our daily activities, governments and other commercial companies can monitor everything we do online and connect it – using different ways – to our real identity, creating a complete profile for every internet user. For example, our online purchases, search queries we submit to search engines, social connections, geographical locations we visit, and anything we do online can be recorded and traced back to our real identity.

AI surveillance will allow interested parties to exploit the power of AI to collect and analyze the tremendous volume of data available online and connect it to each person.

However, it is worth noting that surveillance is not limited to people’s online activities; we mean what people do on the internet. For instance, surveillance cameras powered by AI technology can recognize individuals’ faces quickly and track them across the city.

Like I said, there is nowhere to run and there is nowhere to hide.

Of course most of us willingly hand them vast troves of personal information about ourselves anyway.

And the big tech companies are always searching for new ways to extract even more…

Facebook recently rolled out a new “Link History” setting that creates a special repository of all the links you click on in the Facebook mobile app. You can opt out if you’re proactive, but the company is pushing Link History on users, and the data is used for targeted ads. As lawmakers introduce tech regulations and Apple and Google beef up privacy restrictions, Meta is doubling down and searching for new ways to preserve its data harvesting empire.

The company pitches Link History as a useful tool for consumers “with your browsing activity saved in one place,” rather than another way to keep tabs on your behavior. With the new setting you’ll “never lose a link again,” Facebook says in a pop-up encouraging users to consent to the new tracking method. The company goes on to mention that “When you allow link history, we may use your information to improve your ads across Meta technologies.” The app keeps the toggle switched on in the pop-up, steering users towards accepting Link History unless they take the time to look carefully.

Needless to say, this isn’t just happening on the Internet.

If you own an EV or a “digital car,” you better watch what you say because you might be under total surveillance, and that goes for your passengers as well. What? Your data will be sold, too? Yep. Multiple times to multiple companies. However, there is an easy opt-out fix: “Never buy them, drive them, sit in them, or exist on the street when they drive by.”

When you go to purchase a new vehicle, be very careful to read the fine print.

For example, just check out what anyone that buys a new Subaru is agreeing to…

Here’s something you might not realize. The moment you sit in the passenger seat of a Subaru that uses connected services, you’ve consented to allow them to use — and maybe even sell — your personal information. According to their privacy policy, that means things like your name, location, “Audio recordings of Vehicle Occupants”, and inferences they can draw about things like your “characteristics, predispositions, behavior, or attitudes.” Call us bonkers, but we don’t think that simply sitting in the passenger seat of someone’s Subaru should mean you consent to having any of your personal information use for, well, pretty much anything at all. Let alone potentially sold to data brokers or shared with third party marketers so they can target you with ads about who knows what based on the the inferences they draw about you because you sat in the back seat of a Subaru in the mountains of Colorado. We’re gonna really call out Subaru for this, because they lay it out so clearly in their privacy policy, but please know, Subaru isn’t the only car company doing this sort of icky thing.

Wow.

We have reached a stage where virtually everything that we do is monitored and put in a database somewhere.

And with each passing day, the surveillance prison that is being constructed all around us become even more intrusive.

So where is all of this ultimately going?

We might want to think about that, because we are moving into one of the most chaotic periods in all of human history.

There is so much potential for AI surveillance tools to be abused, and tyranny is on the rise all over the globe.

Rising cases of influenza and COVID-19 are being blamed for hospitals reinstating mask mandates in several states. The United States is apparently experiencing a “surge” in respiratory illnesses right now.

According to a report by ABC News, hospitals in at least six states, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, and Wisconsin, have put masking guidelines in place. Over the weekend, Mass General Brigham, which is the largest health system in Massachusetts, told ABC News it issued guidelines requiring employee caregivers and those working in patient care areas to wear masks.

Another Massachusetts hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, told ABC News it reinstated its masking requirement on Dec. 18 due to higher rates of respiratory illnesses.

Additionally, Cook County Health, which has hospitals and community health centers in and around Chicago, wrote on its website that it began requiring masks for all staff, patients, and visitors aged 2 and older in waiting rooms and patient exam rooms on Dec. 26

What’s more, a Los Angeles County Public Health order, requiring all healthcare personnel to wear masks while in contact with patients or working in patient care areas, went into effect after the county’s COVID-19 hospital admission level hit the “medium” threshold, meaning between 10 and 19.9 new COVID-19 hospital admissions per 100,000.-ABC News

“Ultimately, health systems, hospitals, places that deliver care are going to see some of the most vulnerable and at-risk individuals — many, with underlying conditions,” said Dr. John Brownstein, an epidemiologist and chief innovation officer at Boston Children’s Hospital. “Those are especially the places where we want to protect individuals and so when we have this rapid rise in respiratory illness, those are going to be the first places to try to use measures to reduce chances of transmission, both to protect patients, those receiving care, as well as workforce.”

The healthcare “authorities” and rulers seem to want to admit that there’s nothing wrong, meaning that the real reason they are reinstating mask mandates is simply to fearmonger and panic the public, increasing cortisol and making people even more sick.

“While there’s nothing unusual about what we’re seeing, the data still reflects an increase in illness and, as we know, masking will be helpful, regardless of the respiratory pathogen: RSV, COVID, flu, and the other respiratory pathogens that are circulating,” he said.” So, it’s sort of a one-size-fits-all strategy.”
