Will Most Of The U.S. Be Locked Down For Much Of The Second Half Of 2021?

For most of the first half of 2021, the vast majority of Americans believed that the COVID pandemic was nearly over.  But now the Delta variant has changed everything.  We are being told that the number of confirmed cases is absolutely skyrocketing, and new mandates and restrictions are now being instituted all over the nation.  If the number of newly confirmed cases each day continues to rise, could we also see a return of widespread lockdowns and school closings?  Such a notion would have been unimaginable just a few weeks ago, but now the Biden administration is openly admitting that it is a possibility

White House principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Thursday that the Biden administration will continue to “listen to the scientists” when it comes to potential future lockdowns and school closures.

And as he was leaving for Camp David on Friday, Joe Biden made another comment which has a lot of people wondering what is coming next…

President Joe Biden signaled the onset of more restrictions to stem the spread of COVID-19 as the highly contagious delta variant rips through the nation.

While departing for Camp David on Friday, the commander in chief shouted a response to a reporter who asked if people should expect tougher constraints than what’s already been implemented.

“In all probability,” he replied.

Of course Joe Biden does not have the authority to order lockdowns in every state.

Ultimately, it will be up to individual state governors to order new lockdowns, but if the Biden administration recommends lockdowns most of them will fall in line.

In addition, on Thursday Biden seemed to suggest that the idea of some sort of a nationwide vaccine mandate is being explored

Asked about doing even more to get people vaccinated through mandates by states, localities, and businesses, Biden said he wants them to ‘continue to move in that direction.’

He also didn’t rule out the idea of a national mandate, though he wouldn’t vouch for the authority. ‘It’s still a question of whether the federal government can mandate the whole country. I don’t know that yet.’

Such a mandate would surely be challenged in court, but as CNN has explained, the Biden administration may not need to issue a nationwide mandate because so many private employers are now mandating the vaccine…

The CNN article, however, contends it may not even be necessary for the federal government to do something as radical as mandating the vaccine, suggesting it may become nearly impossible to participate in everyday life without one if employers, stores, and hospitals impose requirements one by one.

“The federal government may not try to force people to get the Covid vaccine,” the report reads. “And it may not have to.”

“Your employer, the restaurant where you want to eat, the concert venue you want to visit or the country where you want to travel may do it for them,” it adds.

At this point, many of the biggest employers in America have already pulled the trigger.

Walmart is the largest employer in the country, and on Friday they announced a very strict new vaccine policy

Walmart Chief Executive Doug McMillon said Friday the retailer’s corporate staff as well as its management-level employees must be vaccinated against Covid-19 by Oct. 4, according to a memo obtained by CNBC.

The mandate applies to all home office associates, in addition to market, regional and divisional employees who work in multiple facilities, the nation’s largest private employer said.

Disney also announced a very broad vaccine mandate on Friday…

The Walt Disney Company said Friday it is requiring all salaried and non-union hourly employees in the U.S. to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus by the end of September.

Employees who are still working from home will be required to provide verification of vaccination prior to returning to any Disney sites, including theme parks and offices.

Many big tech companies are jumping on board as well.  For example, Facebook will be requiring “anyone coming to work” to be vaccinated…

Facebook will require U.S. workers returning to its offices to be vaccinated, the company said on Wednesday.

“As our offices reopen, we will be requiring anyone coming to work at any of our US campuses to be vaccinated,” VP of People Lori Goler said in a statement.

Needless to say, people that refuse to take the vaccines will find their employment options increasingly limited in the months ahead.

Meanwhile we received some very interesting news about the Delta variant on Friday.  The following comes from CNBC

About three-fourths of people infected in a Massachusetts Covid-19 outbreak were fully vaccinated against the coronavirus with four of them ending up in the hospital, according to new data published Friday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The new data, published in the U.S. agency’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, also found that fully vaccinated people who get infected carry as much of the virus in their nose as unvaccinated people, and could spread it to other individuals.

Sadly, these numbers from Massachusetts appear to fit very well with a pattern that is emerging nationwide.  The following comes from NBC News

At least 125,000 fully vaccinated Americans have tested positive for Covid and 1,400 of those have died, according to data collected by NBC News.

Those numbers are really shocking.

So how bad will things get in the months ahead?

Many Americans had been hoping for a return to normalcy, but as I keep warning, our world is only going to get even weirder in the years ahead.

At this point, we have entered a chapter in our history when change is happening faster than ever before.

In particular, this pandemic has radically transformed our society in a very short period of time, and it has become clear that it isn’t even close to being over.

WATCH: Police Question Man at His Home For Legal Email He Sent Critical of Gov’t

This article was originally published by Matt Agorist at The Free Thought Project.

*EDITOR’S NOTE: Remember, police are employees of the government.  They are there to protect the people who pay them, not you.  It’s past time to wake up and realize it.

Last year, after the killing of George Floyd, protests erupted across the country. One such protest took place in Manassas, Virginia, and subsequently turned violent sparking a secret meeting among several Prince William County board members and then-chief of police for Prince Williams Barry Barnard.

The secret meeting was not open to the public which spawned a subsequent lawsuit against the board, claiming that the supervisors violated the Virginia Freedom of Information Act by attending a forum organized by the police chief and refused to allow the public to attend.

The lawsuit was supported by many members of the community, who subsequently raised nearly $25,000 for legal fees. Though the lawsuit was ended in May of this year, according to those close to the plaintiffs, the harassment for seeking government accountability did not end.

Alan Gloss was one of the lead plaintiffs in the lawsuit last year, who is reportedly a target of said harassment as he has been outspoken in holding his local government accountable. In fact, the harassment was captured during a meeting in July when the board’s Chair At-large Ann Wheeler was caught on a hot mic saying, “what are you going to do about Alan Gloss?”

This statement garnered the attention of another concerned citizen, who decided to email the board and tell them that it was not okay to target citizens in this way. In the unnamed man’s email, he wrote:

“What about you going to do about Alan Gloss?” The smart answer to that is “nothing.” If anything happens to him, you will face even more investigation and scrutiny than has already been revealed.

According to the Potomac Local News, that unnamed man also criticized a number of other government policies and moves in his email.

The writer also criticized Wheeler for comments earlier this year at those who opposed a new housing development on 340 acres of land in the county’s rural area, noting they created “manufactured outrage” in their opposition to the project.

The author also called out a newly proposed equity and inclusion policy, initiated by the current Board, that would create diversity and equity teams at every county government level to ensure the new equity policy is enforced. The policy is still under review by county officials.

“The feedback deadline [for the proposed policy] had to be extended, presumably so you can get more positive feedback,” the author writes. The author also urges the Board of County Supervisors to censure Wheeler and Potomac District Supervisor Andrea Bailey “for their disdain for citizens.”

Exactly none of the words in the email were threatening or otherwise unlawful but this did not stop the board members from siccing the police on the man for his free speech. Because the email had a subject line of “Government Target” — in reference to government targeting Alan Gloss as recorded on the hot mic — board members claimed this was a threat.

This week, body camera footage of the interaction between the officer and the unnamed man was released, showing the power of government to attempt to silence or threaten their critics.

The idea of police visiting a citizen for their lawful free speech is chilling. However, the officer in the video below was cordial and explained that they have to look into all complaints of threats by anyone, including a board member.

In what could have been a violent encounter, the officer never once escalated and left the interaction with a handshake — much to the chagrin of the board members.

Despite the visit, board members still expressed concern that the unnamed emailer was a threat but police quickly shut them down.

“The writer had a voluntary conversation with the [Criminal Investigations Division] member, and it was determined that the intent of the e-mail was not to threaten or harass,” penned county police, Chief Peter Newsham.

Rights flexed.

“Vaccine” Mandates In Job Listings Soar As FDA Expected To Fully Approve Pfizer’s Jab

If you want to work and earn a living in the United States, you are going to have to take an experimental gene therapy shot.  Many businesses are now required a COVID “vaccine” as a condition of employment and are even stating that in the job listings.

The share of job posts that require a Covid vaccine were up 34% on August 7 when compared to the prior month, according to data from the job website, Indeed. This analysis was over a seven-day period. This has always been a part of the agenda to get people injected with whatever the hell is those syringes.

Some job listings aren’t specific, meaning they ask for vaccination without explicitly mentioning the Covid “vaccines” which aren’t vaccines. Those listings are up 90% over the same period. “They don’t mean the polio vaccine. It’s so apparent [they mean Covid-19],” according to AnnElizabeth Konkel, an economist at the Indeed Hiring Lab who authored the analysis.

The jump in businesses requiring a vaccine for new hires also coincides with a record number of U.S. job openings in June.

Those who continue to disobey the ruling class and refuse to get injected upon command are going to see their lives become more and more restrictive.  The ruling class will be sure to have two classes of people, and those slaves who dissent will be punished harshly for not wanting to take a drug for a virus that is being shown to not exist at all. This is all part of the agenda. The “vaccine” is a piece, and it looks like a large one at that, considering the constant propaganda push for everyone to get it.

“Broadly, the trend is more job postings are requiring the Covid-19 vaccine,” Konkel said. “I really think we’re on the cusp of a potentially booming trend.” The seven-day average of new Covid cases on Wednesday (more than 114,000 infections) was up 64% from just two weeks earlier, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data. The average number of cases is at its highest level since February.

Keep in mind, that data comes from the ruling class, those attempting to permanently subjugate the whole of humanity.

So far, just 59% of Americans eligible for a Covid-19 vaccine (anyone 12 years and older) are fully vaccinated, according to the CDC.  Not to mention the rulers are going to rely on business-owning slaves to force compliance with the shots as well.

The Ruling Class Urges Businesses To Mandate COVID Vaccines For Employment

We are also being asked by state and local governments to require vaccinations for corporate employees because getting more of the population vaccinated reduces our own chances of being infected and contributes to community protection,” McDonald’s global chief people officer Heidi Capozzi said in an internal note obtained by CNBC.

This situation we find ourselves in reminds me of a quote:

“I’m not scared of the Maos and the Stalins and the Hitlers. I’m scared of the thousands of millions of people that hallucinate them to be “authority”, and so do their bidding, and pay for their empires, and carry out their orders. I don’t care if there’s one looney with a stupid mustache. He’s not a threat if the people do not believe in “authority”.” -Larken Rose

The vast majority of theft, extortion, intimidation, harassment, assault, and even murder – in other words, the vast majority of man’s inhumanity to man – comes not from the greed, hatred, and intolerance that lurks in our hearts. Rather, it comes from one pernicious and almost universal assumption, one unquestioned belief, one irrational, self-contradictory superstition: the belief in “authority”.

10 Best Tactical Wallets That Will Comfortably Fit In Your Pocket

Best Tactical Wallet - Solider Putting Minimalist Tactical Wallet Into EDC BagToday I’m going to help you find the best tactical wallet for you. I’ve been carrying around a tactical wallet for years and will never go back to a traditional billfold.

But the number of new models hitting the market today is overwhelming.

So I spend hours researching all the current tactical wallets on the market and weeded out the great from the mediocre.

Here are all the topics I’ll be covering in today’s tactical wallet buyers guide:

Evolution From Billfold To Tactical Wallets

Everyday Carry items, are a list of things that you can find in your pockets any day of the week.

  • Going to the office
  • A quick trip to the grocery store
  • Heading out on vacation

EDC items are the items we won’t leave the house without. And for many, this list starts with a wallet.

Your wallet contains many of the most critical pieces of information in your life.

Sure, it’s quickly giving way to our smartphones. But I’d challenge you to get through a week without relying on at least one item from your wallet.

Drivers license, insurance information, credit and debit cards, even cash.

My gym doesn’t have a smartphone app – so I’ve got a card to scan for the door there as well!

So, is it any wonder that wallets have been an EDC mainstay for well over 100 years?

In this time, they’ve gone from thick billfolds to slim money clips and back again.

We all remember the Seinfeld episode about George’s enormous wallet. One with every card, receipt, and a scrap of paper turning it into a lump several inches thick. Making it hard for him to sit properly.

As the world digitizes, many are choosing to slim down their wallets. And carry only the most important items.

Leading the charge are a new class of Men’s Tactical Wallets!

What Is A Tactical Wallet Anyway?

First off, tactical wallets are similar to a lot of other tactical gear, for example:

So let’s talk about what sets a tactical wallet apart from other billfolds. It starts with the idea of only carrying the mission-critical items.

No extra business cards or punch cards from the coffee shop that closed last year. No store loyalty cards or stacks of receipts you’ll never need.

By only carrying the absolute necessities, you can get rid of the bulging wallet. Instead, swapping for a trim, organized version that doesn’t take up as much space.

A men’s tactical wallet that doesn’t take forever to sort through, and won’t weigh you down.

How To Slim Down Your Tactical Minimalist Wallet

The first step is to empty your wallet and assess everything inside and put them into 3 piles.

Pile 1

Things that you use on a daily basis (cash, primary credit card, keycards) go in one pile.

Pile 2

Things you might only need occasionally but are critical, go in another pile.

Such as your Drivers License, Insurance Cards, Backup Credit Cards, etc.

Pile 3

Finally, things you only need a couple of times a year and aren’t a gamechanger if you don’t carry, go in a third.

The rest (receipts, business cards, store loyalty cards, etc.) can be set aside. You can either store it at home, in the glove box, or put it in the trash.

Can You Digitize?

Now, go through your piles one at a time. Can you find digital versions of any of the items?

My state allows me to display my vehicle insurance on a cell phone. So I can remove the vehicle insurance from the pile.

Same for my health insurance and medical information.

But I choose to keep that card in case of an accident where I’m unable to open the digital version.

All my store loyalty cards also accept my phone number for access. So those were all relegated to the desk drawer at home.

You may be able to store some information as digital picture and keep on your phone as well. This is especially if you only use it infrequently.

Each item you can replace with a digital version reduces the bulk of your wallet. It makes for a lighter EDC load, but it’s up to you which things you can part with.

No matter what I remove, there’s a photo of my wife and our first dog that, despite having the digital version on my phone, I can’t bring myself to remove from my wallet after all these years.

Best Tactical Wallet Features

Like all pieces of EDC gear, it pays to look for a high-quality tactical wallet with the features you need.

Remember, this is one of those places where a few extra features turn an item from a single-use to a multitool. But only if it holds up to daily use!

Design Type

If you’ve been carrying a full trifold wallet with photo slots for years, it’ll be a big change to move to a cardholder-style tactical wallet.

There are several types of men’s tactical wallets.

Some do better at holding a minimal load while others easily manage cash and other bulky paper items.

Think about what you need to carry and pick a wallet that can accommodate that.

Features

As I mentioned, a tactical wallet is a simple place to add a few features you don’t normally associate with a wallet.

If you’ve got a particular set of tools that you’d like to carry as part of your EDC, maybe this is the place to add them.

Comfort

Since the wallet is an EDC item, you need to consider comfort, especially if you carry it in your back pocket!

A wallet with hard edges and sharp corners might dig into your pockets (or your backside).

Over time, this can cause some real damage or discomfort.

Look for smooth designs that slip easily into your pocket and don’t get hung up.

Materials & Construction

Since your wallet will see tons of use, it’s worth looking for one made with top quality, durable materials and featuring clean, well-executed construction.

A wallet that’s slowly coming apart at the seams isn’t secure enough to hold the vital items you carry every day.

Price

Of course, price is a motivating factor in any purchase.

There is a wide range of price points in the tactical wallet market and you can find one that fits your budget.

It wouldn’t be wise to spend all your money on a tactical wallet only to have none to store inside it!

Gerber GDC Money ClipIf you’re embracing the tactical minimalist wallet, a tactical money clip is the smallest package you can find.

Gerber’s Money Clip features:

  • A strong steel clip sized to hold 4 credit cards and about 4 folded bills (you can likely get a few more, but it’ll be tight).
  • And a textured composite front plate for grip.

However, secreted in a locking sheath within the front plate is a 1.75” fixed blade knife.

It’s easy to deploy due to its ring grip. And the knife is a great backup blade without adding another separate item to your pockets!

PROS

  • Very minimalist design
  • Lightweight
  • Hidden blade
  • Solid, secure hold for ~4 cards and cash

CONS

  • The knife grip is small, so not suitable for primary use
  • Expensive for a money clip

3. Dango T01 Tactical Wallet

With a solid CNC aluminum frame and top grain leather, the Dango T01 is a stylish take on a tactical wallet. And it’s capable of carrying up to 12 cards and folded cash.

But don’t let the fashionable cover fool you. The T01 has lots of technical features hidden below the surface, including:

  • RFID blocking
  • saw blade
  • knife blade
  • paracord tensioner
  • 10/15mm hex keys

  • True multitool – in removable card form
  • Solid build and materials
  • RFID blocking

CONS

  • A little bulky for some tastes
  • Expensive

4. QUIQLITE TAQ Tactical Minimalist Wallet

The QUIQLITE TAQ tactical wallet is another good example of adding extra features to a piece of EDC gear.
On top of its function as an RFID blocking wallet, the TAQ adds a few handy tools and a LED tactical micro flashlight. Extra light is always a great idea!
The solid construction and tough steel frame make for a durable addition to your gear.
PROS
  • Integrated LED flashlight
  • Secure snap closure
  • Integrated toolset
CONS
  • Expensive

5. Extremus Tactical Wallet, Carbon Fiber Wallet

The Extremus tactical wallet is a great, tactical minimalist design that won’t weigh you down. The sleek carbon fiber and stainless steel panels make for a snug fit, but can hold up to 15 cards!
The heavy-duty money clip holds folded bills without interfering with card capacity. It even features RFID blocking!
The elastic is strong, so a few users have reported it’s difficult to select and remove an individual card once they near the 15-card limit.
PROS
  • Minimalist design
  • Holds up to 15 cards, plus cash
  • Very lightweight thanks to carbon fiber
CONS
  • Hard to remove a single card

6. ENIGMA Dapper Tactical Wallets Leather Bifold

The ENIGMA Dapper Tactical leather bifold wallet proves that you can have a tactical minimalist wallet with some style!
The slim bi-fold design makes efficient use of space, with a silicone cash strap for folded bills, an RFID blocking card pocket that can house up to 12 cards, and a separate ID sleeve with a window.
It’s all built with an aluminum frame and top grain leather securely bolted together with mil-spec bolts.
PROS
  • Stylish
  • Lightweight design
  • Expandable pocket for up to 12 cards
  • RFID blocking
CONS
  • A little bulky

7. Maxpedition Spartan Wallet

Maxpedition Spartan WalletIf you’re looking for a tactical minimalist wallet that still sports the individual card slots and bill compartment of a traditional wallet, the Maxpedition Spartan is a good option.

It features a huge array of pockets for such a small wallet. And it has at least 6 card slots and several other compartments.

It’s also a larger shape than other men’s tactical wallets. This may make it easier to find in a pocket or use if you’re wearing gloves.

I’m not a huge fan of velcro closure wallets. But they ARE more secure. And the outside-facing ID sleeve allows you to show your driver’s license without opening it.

PROS

  • Lots of pockets make an easy transition from traditional billfold
  • Large size can be used with gloves
  • ID sleeve on the outside
  • Inexpensive

CONS

  • Might be difficult to fit in small pockets
  • Thicker than other tactical wallets
  • Some have reported colors, not as advertised

8. Spec. Ops T.H.E. Wallet

Spec Ops has come up with a unique take on the tactical wallet with their T.H.E (“Tactical Holds Everything”) wallet.

It features a multi-fold design that rolls up when stowed.

It’s large enough to carry a passport. But still feels more compact than other equivalents (in the travel wallet lineup).

You can even thread it with paracord for a neck carry but is also made for both pocket and belt carry.

It’s well built and carries a lifetime warranty, so you know it’s built to last!

PROS

  • Can carry three ways (pocket, neck, belt)
  • Very durable construction
  • Two ID sleeves
  • Quiet “SharkBite” closure system

CONS

  • Large for a pocket carry

9. Trayvax Original 2.0

The Trayvax Original 2.0 is an interesting design. It laces together two plates (one aluminum, one stainless steel), with mil-spec paracord and sandwiching up to 15 cards inside.

A quick flip of the secure clasp and the paracord loosens, allowing you to slip out the cards you need.

On the back, a strong stainless steel money clip holds up to 20 bills, which is HUGE capacity for a tactical wallet.

The aluminum and steel construction means the Original will block RFID chip skimming technology. Thus, keeping your digital cards more secure than ever.

They weren’t kidding around with their initial offering.

It even has finger grips along one edge, a subtle reminder that it’s hefty enough to add some weight to a punch if needed.

PROS

  • Huge capacity
  • Great materials
  • Paracord can be replaced if it wears
  • Tactical minimalist wallet

CONS

  • The card access mechanism is slow when the cord is new and stiff
  • Can get bulky if filled to capacity

10. Pelican Sport Wallet

Pelican has branched out from secure cases to include cell phone cases and wallets.

They have a long experience making excellent waterproof, shockproof, dustproof cases for electronics and firearms.

I have several of both.

Pelican’s waterproof wallet is a compact clamshell design. And it comes with a hard case featuring internal pockets for cards, cash, ID, keys, and other small items.

Like most Pelican cases, it floats and is completely leakproof.

Due to the rigid design, it has a fixed volume. This means it’s hard to stuff a couple of extra things inside. AND it’s always a little bulky in your pocket compared to other wallets of the same capacity.

But it’s some of the best protection from the elements you can find in a wallet!

PROS

  • Waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, crushproof
  • Floats!

CONS

  • Bulky in pocket

Final Thoughts

One of the most commonly used pieces of your EDC kit, a wallet is a key piece of equipment for nearly every situation.

If you take the time to strip down your wallet to the essentials, you’ll end up with a far more organized, easier to use, smaller, and lighter bit of gear in your pocket.

A tactical wallet can even supply you with some much-needed survival equipment.

These prove it’s not just a fashionable way to carry your cash around!

The Right to Bodily Integrity: Nobody Wins and We All Lose in the COVID-19 Showdown

This article was originally published by John W. Whitehead & Nisha Whitehead at The Rutherford Institute.

We’ve reached the point where state actors can penetrate rectums and vaginas, where judges can order forced catheterizations, and where police and medical personnel can perform scans, enemas, and colonoscopies without the suspect’s consent. And these procedures aren’t to nab kingpins or cartels, but people who at worst are hiding an amount of drugs that can fit into a body cavity. In most of these cases, they were suspected only of possession or ingestion. Many of them were innocent… But these tactics aren’t about getting drugs off the street… These tactics are instead about degrading and humiliating a class of people that politicians and law enforcement have deemed the enemy.”—Radley Balko, The Washington Post

Freedom is never free.

There is always a price—always a sacrifice—that must be made in order to safeguard one’s freedoms.

Where that transaction becomes more complicated is when one has to balance the rights of the individual with the needs of the community.

Philosophers such as Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau envisioned the social contract between the individual and a nation’s rulers as a means of finding that balance. Invariably, however, those in power grow greedy, and what was intended to be a symbiotic relationship with both sides benefitting inevitably turns into a parasitic one, with a clear winner and a clear loser.

We have seen this vicious cycle play out over and over again throughout the nation’s history.

Just look at this COVID-19 pandemic: the whole sorry mess has been so overtly politicized, propagandized, and used to expand the government’s powers (and Corporate America’s bank balance) that it’s difficult at times to distinguish between what may be legitimate health concerns and government power grabs.

After all, the government has a history of shamelessly exploiting national emergencies for its own nefarious purposes. Terrorist attacks, mass shootings, civil unrest, economic instability, pandemics, natural disasters: the government has been taking advantage of such crises for years now in order to gain greater power over an unsuspecting and largely gullible populace.

This COVID-19 pandemic is no different.

Yet be warned: we will all lose if this pandemic becomes a showdown between COVID-19 vaccine mandates and the right to bodily integrity.

It doesn’t matter what your trigger issue is—whether it’s vaccines, abortion, crime, religion, immigration, terrorism, or some other overtly politicized touchstone used by politicians as a rallying cry for votes—we should all be concerned when governments and businesses (i.e., the Corporate State) join forces to compel individuals to sacrifice their right to bodily integrity (which goes hand in hand with the right to conscience and religious freedom) on the altar of so-called safety and national security.

That’s exactly what’s unfolding right now, with public and private employers using the threat of termination to force employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Unfortunately, legal protections in this area are limited.

While the Americans with Disabilities Act protects those who can prove they have medical conditions that make receiving a vaccination dangerous, employees must be able to prove they have a sensitivity to vaccines.

Beyond that, employees with a religious objection to the vaccine mandate can try to request an exemption, but even those who succeed in gaining an exemption to a vaccine mandate may have to submit to routine COVID testing and mask requirements, especially if their job involves contact with other individuals.

Under the First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, individuals have a right of conscience and/or religious freedom to ask that their sincere religious beliefs against receiving vaccinations be accommodated. To this end, The Rutherford Institute has issued guidance and an in-depth fact sheet and model letter for those seeking a religious exemption to a COVID-19 vaccine mandate in the workplace. The Rutherford Institute’s policy paper, “Know Your Rights: How To Request a Religious Accommodation for COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates in the Workplace,” goes into the details of how and why and in which forums one can request such accommodation, but there is no win-win scenario.

As with all power plays of this kind, the ramifications of empowering the government and its corporate partners to force individuals to choose between individual liberty and economic survival during a so-called state of “emergency” can lead to terrifying results.

At a minimum, it’s a slippery slope that justifies all manner of violations in the name of national security, the interest of the state, and the so-called greater good.

If the government—be it the President, Congress, the courts or any federal, state or local agent or agency—can willfully disregard the rights of any particular person or group of persons, then that person becomes less than a citizen, less than human, less than deserving of respect, dignity, civility, and bodily integrity. He or she becomes an “it,” a faceless number that can be tallied and tracked, a quantifiable mass of cells that can be discarded without conscience, an expendable cost that can be written off without a second thought, or an animal that can be bought, sold, branded, chained, caged, bred, neutered and euthanized at will.

That’s exactly where we find ourselves now: caught in the crosshairs of a showdown between the rights of the individual and the so-called “emergency” state.

All of those freedoms we cherish—the ones enshrined in the Constitution, the ones that affirm our right to free speech and assembly, due process, privacy, bodily integrity, the right to not have police seize our property without a warrant, or search and detain us without probable cause—amount to nothing when the government and its agents are allowed to disregard those prohibitions on government overreach at will.

This is the grim reality of life in the American police state.

Our so-called rights have been reduced to technicalities in the face of the government’s ongoing power grabs.

Yet those who founded this country believed that what we conceive of as our rights were given to us by God—we are created equal, according to the nation’s founding document, the Declaration of Independence—and that government cannot create nor can it extinguish our God-given rights. To do so would be to anoint the government with god-like powers and elevate it above the citizenry.

And that, in a nutshell, is what happens when government officials are allowed to determine who is deserving of constitutional rights and who should be stripped of those rights for whatever reason may be justified by the courts and the legislatures.

In this way, concerns about COVID-19 mandates and bodily integrity are part of a much larger debate over the ongoing power struggle between the citizenry and the government over our property “interest” in our bodies. For instance, who should get to decide how “we the people” care for our bodies? Are we masters over our most private of domains, our bodies? Or are we merely serfs who must answer to an overlord that gets the final say over whether and how we live or die?

This debate over bodily integrity covers broad territory, ranging from abortion and euthanasia to forced blood draws, biometric surveillance and basic healthcare.

Forced vaccinations are just the tip of the iceberg.

Forced vaccinations, forced cavity searches, forced colonoscopies, forced blood draws, forced breath-alcohol tests, forced DNA extractions, forced eye scans, forced inclusion in biometric databases: these are just a few ways in which Americans continue to be reminded that we have no control over what happens to our bodies during an encounter with government officials.

Consider the case of Mitchell vs. Wisconsin in which the U.S. Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision found nothing wrong when police officers read an unconscious man his rights and then proceeded to forcibly and warrantlessly draw his blood while he was still unconscious in order to determine if he could be charged with a DUI.

To sanction this forced blood draw, the cops and the courts hitched their wagon to state “implied consent” laws (all of the states have them), which suggest that merely driving on a state-owned road implies that a person has consented to police sobriety tests, breathalyzers and blood draws.

More than half of the states (29 states) allow police to do warrantless, forced blood draws on unconscious individuals whom they suspect of driving while intoxicated.

Seven state appeals courts have declared these warrantless blood draws when carried out on unconscious suspects are unconstitutional. Courts in seven other states have found that implied consent laws run afoul of the Fourth Amendment. And yet seven other states (including Wisconsin) have ruled that implied consent laws provide police with a free pass when it comes to the Fourth Amendment and forced blood draws.

Read the writing on the wall, and you’ll see how little remains of our right to bodily integrity in the face of the government’s steady assaults on the Fourth Amendment.

Our freedoms—especially the Fourth Amendment—continue to be strangulated by a prevailing view among government bureaucrats that they have the right to search, seize, strip, scan, spy on, probe, pat down, taser, and arrest any individual at any time and for the slightest provocation.

Worse, on a daily basis, Americans are being made to relinquish the most intimate details of who we are—our biological makeup, our genetic blueprints, and our biometrics (facial characteristics and structure, fingerprints, iris scans, etc.)—in order to clear the nearly insurmountable hurdle that increasingly defines life in the United States: we are now guilty until proven innocent.

Such is life in America today that individuals are being threatened with arrest and carted off to jail for the least hint of noncompliance, homes are being raided by militarized SWAT teams under the slightest pretext, property is being seized on the slightest hint of suspicious activity, and roadside police stops have devolved into government-sanctioned exercises in humiliation and degradation with a complete disregard for privacy and human dignity.

While forced searches—of one’s person and property—may span a broad spectrum of methods and scenarios, the common denominator remains the same: a complete disregard for the dignity and rights of the citizenry.

Unfortunately, the indignities being heaped upon us by the architects and agents of the American police state—whether or not we’ve done anything wrong—are just a foretaste of what is to come.

The government doesn’t need to tie you to a gurney and forcibly take your blood or strip you naked by the side of the road in order to render you helpless. As this showdown over COVID-19 vaccine mandates makes clear, the government has other methods—less subtle perhaps but equally devastating—of stripping you of your independence, robbing you of your dignity, and undermining your rights.

With every court ruling that allows the government to operate above the rule of law, every piece of legislation that limits our freedoms, and every act of government wrongdoing that goes unpunished, we’re slowly being conditioned to a society in which we have little real control over our bodies or our lives.

You may not realize it yet, but you are not free.

If you believe otherwise, it is only because you have made no real attempt to exercise your freedoms.

Had you attempted to exercise your freedoms before now by questioning a police officer’s authority, challenging an unjust tax or fine, protesting the government’s endless wars, defending your right to privacy against the intrusion of surveillance cameras, or any other effort that challenges the government’s power grabs and the generally lopsided status quo, you would have already learned the hard way that the American Police State has no appetite for freedom and it does not tolerate resistance.

This is called authoritarianism, a.k.a. totalitarianism, a.k.a. oppression.

As Glenn Greenwald notes for the Guardian:

Oppression is designed to compel obedience and submission to authority. Those who voluntarily put themselves in that state – by believing that their institutions of authority are just and good and should be followed rather than subverted – render oppression redundant, unnecessary. Of course people who think and behave this way encounter no oppression. That’s their reward for good, submissive behavior. They are left alone by institutions of power because they comport with the desired behavior of complacency and obedience without further compulsion. But the fact that good, obedient citizens do not themselves perceive oppression does not mean that oppression does not exist.

Get ready to stand your ground or run for your life.

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, our government “of the people, by the people and for the people” has been transformed into a greedy pack of wolves that is on the hunt.

“We the people” are the prey.

Australia’s Outbreak Worsens Despite Authorities’ Draconian Lockdowns

This article was originally published by Tyler Durden at ZeroHedge.

New South Wales, Australia’s most populous state, suffered one of its darkest days yet over the weekend, as it reported 478 new cases, and 7 deaths, during a single 24-hour period. The worsening outbreak has raised concerns about the potential impact on Australia’s mostly unvaccinated aboriginal population.

Elsewhere in Australia, public health officials have confirmed another 19 new cases in Canberra, which imposed its first lockdown in more than a year last week. That lockdown has already been extended by 2 weeks, as paranoia over the delta variant is amplified by Australia’s relatively low vaccination rates.

Daniel Andrews, the Premier of Victoria, asserted Monday that authorities wouldn’t hesitate to go “door-to-door” in their efforts to help carry out mandatory COVID tests on Australians.

Andrews made the comments during a press conference, where he doubled down on his commitment to pursue Australia’s ludicrous “zero COVID” policy, which requires draconian, economy-crushing lockdowns in response to just a handful of new cases.

“We’re not at a point where we need to be going door to door,” said Andrews. “We’re not at a point where we need entire suburbs to come out and get tested. If we get to that stage, then we won’t hesitate. I think we’ve shown, in fact I know we’ve shown that we’re prepared to do what has to be done, popular or otherwise.”

Summit News’ Paul Joseph Watson mused about members of the Australian military helping to enforce lockdowns, and wondered how members of the military and the public who refuse vaccines and tests might be treated. PJW warned that going from door-to-door testing to door-to-door testing might be too big of a step.

“This is a difficult conversation to have with people now, in an almost threatening tone, when people who want to get vaccinated can’t because we don’t have enough stuff. There will come a time though when I think restrictions will apply to those who have not been vaccinated, rather than restrictions applying to all of us.”

Andrews also signaled that those who refuse to take the vaccine could be forced to submit to lockdown rules indefinitely.

“This is a difficult conversation to have with people now, in an almost threatening tone, when people who want to get vaccinated can’t because we don’t have enough stuff. There will come a time though when I think restrictions will apply to those who have not been vaccinated, rather than restrictions applying to all of us.”

“Now if that’s not an incentive to go and get vaccinated I don’t know what is. But I can see a time when to get into a venue, to attend a major event, to participate fully as a customer, a client, a ticket holder, a patron, a viewer, however you want to look at it, being vaccinated will mean that you get in, and being vaccinated will mean that you don’t.”

Aussies have also been told not to go anywhere near their grandkids and not to engage in conversation with each other, even if they’re wearing masks.

Let’s not forget: one Australian was involuntarily admitted to a mental institution in Australia after refusing to get the COVID jab. The patient was “involuntarily” taken to a hospital in Perth, where he was told that he had suffered a “nervous breakdown.”

Sydney, Australia’s largest city by population, was the first major city to enter lockdown seven weeks ago.

So far at least, it doesn’t look like it’s had much success. But Australian authorities are unfazed.

In other lockdown news, Victoria, which includes the city of Melbourne, tightened its lockdown restrictions, imposing a curfew of 2100 local time to 0500 and closing outdoor playgrounds. The Northern Territory, whose capital is the city of Darwin, went into a snap 72-hour lockdown after the discovery of a single asymptomatic infection.

10 Best Prepper Supplies You Need To Stockpile BEFORE The Next Crisis

Today, I’m going to go over the top prepper supplies you need BEFORE the next crisis. Because it’s wise to double-check you have EVERYTHING before it’s too late.

So, if you’re new to prepping or a seasoned pro, this prepper supplies video will help you out:

Prepper Supplies Vs. Prepper Gear

Now, before we jump in, I want to make a clear distinction between prepper supplies and prepper gear.

In my mind, prepper gear is items and tools you use to container your supplies or are tools you use in an emergency.

So for instance, a water storage container is a tool you use to store water. The container is prepper gear, while the water inside the container is a prepper supply.

So, prepper supplies are the items you tend to use up in a crisis. All the stuff you consume in an emergency.

Supplies are also items you can trade with others, especially if you have extra when a real crisis hits.

So with that clarification out of the way, let’s hop right into the first prepper supply. It’s one I’ve already mentioned, it’s water.

"Just In Case" Jacks Water Supplies

1. Water Stockpile

We all know water is critical. That’s why you need a healthy stockpile of H2O.

If you’re new to preparing, you should start with a two-week water supply. And the way you calculate this amount is,

“1 Gallon Per Person Per Day.”

Some “experts” claim half-gallon per person is enough. But I don’t agree. Why? Because you use water for more than just drinking. You also need it for sanitation, clean-up, and cooking food.

And water is something I definitely want a little more of than not enough.

Now, after a crisis begins, and the taps are dry, you’ll start using up your water supplies, right? And if you’re smart, you’ll immediately start looking for a new way to get more water. Freshwater to replace your stockpile.

Some people have water wells and if that’s you, make sure to buy a solar pump or an emergency well hand pump. That way, you can pump your water out of your well, even if the power is out.

Another popular way to collect MORE water is via a rainwater collection system.

So, there are several strategies to get new, freshwater after a crisis. But you need a nice long runway of water to start with.

And make sure you have water filtration gear.

Water is an essential prepper supply; everybody knows it; so learn how to store water the right way and don’t delay.

"Just In Case" Jack's Food Prepper Supplies

2. Food Stockpile

The second major survival supply everyone needs is a lot of non perishable food.

Now, there are several ways to go about food stockpiling. It’s an extremely broad and complicated topic.

But if you want to keep it simple, buy some freeze dried food (or survival food kits) from a reputable vendor. I liked freeze dried food, because it can sit on my shelf for 25, 30 years. I don’t have to worry about it!

One of my favorite suppliers is Valley Food Storage, it’s the freeze dried food I bought. I also made a large purchase from Legacy Food Storage as well.

Since I already have a lot of food, I tend to keep an eye out for good deals on freeze dried food. When I see one, I add it to my stockpile.

And since I’m not eating this stuff unless I absolutely have to I don’t worry too much about how it tastes. I also don’t care if it’s not the healthiest food I’ve ever eaten.

I obviously don’t want it to be trash or make me sick. But in an emergency, any calorie’s going to taste amazing.

So I’m looking for a real good deal from a quality vendor. That’s why I recommend you check out these two websites (Valley or Legacy) for deals that come around.

Now, if you currently don’t have a stockpile of non perishable foods, then don’t wait for a deal, get some right away! If you delay, you could be without food when the next crisis hits.

Then after that, once you have like two weeks’ worth, look for deals to expand your stockpile.

But getting your food stockpile in place is the number two prepper supply you need.

3. Medical Prepper Supplies

The third prepper supply you need to stock up on is medical supplies.

I recommend investing in a quality IFAK pouch or kit. Because a medical pouch or kit itself is gear. But within the bag or pouch, many of the items are medical supplies.

Consumables such as bandages, gauze, wraps, creams, and ointments are supplies. You’re going to use them once and then eventually you’re going to need more. But, a tourniquet is a tool, so that would be prepper gear.

The bottom line is, all sorts of medical supplies will get used up in a crisis. So it’s wise to buy extra of those items. Because in a real emergency, over time you could run out.

Also, you can trade medical supplies in a pinch, so it’s a great supply for bartering. Because if somebody doesn’t have any medical supplies and you have extra, you could trade for more food or ammo.

If someone has a nasty cut and they’re worried about an infection, what’s a squirt of Neosporin worth?

So, it’s never a bad thing to have some extra medical supplies.

9mm pistol bullets on old wooden table.

4. Ammunition

Okay, the next prepper supply everybody should have in their home is ammo.

First off, you need to store it properly. This is an investment, so treat it like an investment. Put it in air-tight ammo containers with quality seals. You should also add desiccants and make sure it’s somewhere that can’t flood but stays cool in the summer.

I also recommend you take the ammo out of their cardboard boxes. Only THEN putting it into your sealed ammo boxes. That way so you’re not introducing any moisture.

Why? Because cardboard contains trace amounts of moisture. And if it sits inside a sealed container, the moisture will compromise the ammo over long periods of time.

So, store it right. Get lots of it for whatever firearms you have.

Again, it’s another thing you could trade if you have a lot of it and somebody else doesn’t.

stack of firewood

5. Fuel & Firewood Prepper Supplies

Next up on the list is fuel. When I say “fuel”, I mean, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, AND firewood.

These are all energy stockpiles you’ll use up in an emergency to take care of your family.

You need lots of firewood if you have a wood stove, or you’re running a rocket stove for cooking.

Those are both prepper gear that requires firewood to operate. And you don’t want to have to chop down the tree in your backyard to do so, at least right away.

Obviously, if things got really, really bad out there for years, all bets are off.

But for now, start with a decent stockpile of fuels and firewood to protect your family. Especially if you live somewhere where it gets cold in the winters.

You may want to stock more, but if you plan to use wood for heating and cooking, keep a CORD of wood minimum at all times.

If you live in cooler climates, you’ll need a plan to keep warm.

Now, if you have a backup generator, you’ll need to store some fuel for it, especially when winter comes.

Just be aware, gasoline has a fairly short shelf life. You can add additives to the gasoline to help prolong it, or you can rotate it.

But you also have to think about where you’re storing it.

If you have a massive amount of gasoline you don’t want to put them in your garage or basement. But if you put it in a storage shed outside, it could get really hot out there and there could be issues with that.

So you should think hard and long about where’s the safest place to put it. And you need to look into your local laws to see what’s legal.

The bottom line is you need to have a healthy stockpile of fuel for your prepper supplies.

6. Heirloom Seeds

All right, the next prepper supply is seeds. I think every prepper should have some seeds on hand, specifically heirloom seeds.

You should store them in a sealed container. And inside the container, put them into sealed Mylar packaging as well. That way, they’re good for many years.

You want to prevent at all costs planting them in a crisis only to discover they’re a bunch of duds.

Several years ago, I bought these survival seeds online. It’s a survival garden.

When you open it up, there are a bunch of individual seed packets.

Ideally, they come in Mylar pouches inside and then keep them in a refrigerator to keep everything cold.

Everybody should invest in a few seeds it’s cheap insurance. But in a crisis, the payoff could be massive.

And if they’re heirloom seeds, you should learn the art of seed saving.

This is technique is where you save some of the seeds during the harvest. Then you use some of those seeds and plant them the following year.

If it works out, you could have a perpetual system of producing fruits and veggies and never run out.

7. Cash, Gold, Silver

Next on the list is money. I’m talking cash, gold, and silver. You should have some of that in your home.

Now, if you have a lot of gold and silver and we ever get to the point in the future where you’re having to trade somebody a gold bar, I caution you, you’re putting it a target on your back.

If somebody knows you have a ton of gold and they have firearms and they’re not a nice guy, and they know you have gold… Well, that’s a recipe for disaster.

They could “relieve” you of your gold in times of anarchy, especially in a serious, long-term crisis. And by “relieve” I mean kill you and take it!

But you should have some gold, some silver coins just in case. You need something physical that holds its value over time. Something to trade with should times ever get THAT desperate.

Some people add gold to their financial portfolios as an inflationary hedge. And I agree! That’s why you may want to own some gold in your financial portfolios.

But you should also take ownership of physical metals in your home, some gold, silver coins, and cash.

I don’t know what the next disaster’s going to be. But I know that having gold and silver and some cash on hand gives me options. And having lots of options is a resilient way to live.

That’s the point. It makes me more resilient as a human being, as a person.

That’s what we’re all about here when it comes to preparedness and being resilient to ANYTHING. Because no one knows what the future holds.

So, while I highly recommend having some physical gold and silver, I’ll let you decide how much.

If you’re worried do a bit more, if you’re not as concerned, get do a little bit. But don’t do NOTHING!

empty toilet paper roll

8. Toilet Paper | Sanitary Wipes

The next pepper supply everybody should have in their home is a lot of toilet paper.

We learned this lesson recently with the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a run on toilet paper. The fragile masses freaked out. It’s crazy to think, TP is the one item people thought,

“Oh no, I should have this,”

But here’s the deal, if you’re a real prepper, you don’t wait in lines. You don’t freak out. You don’t go to the store in a crazy scenario like that.

I mean, there was a freaking pandemic breaking out and everybody’s flooding the stores to get TP! But crowded grocery stores are exactly where you’re most likely to get sick.

What if the pandemic was even worse than it was? What if the death rate and the mortality rate were extremely dangerous? Are you really going to risk your life for some TP?

No, thank you.

So, get TP ahead of time. Get it now. Now’s the time to be buying it and stockpiling it and forgetting about it and not touching it until the next crisis.

This stuff lasts a really long time, especially if you keep it away from ANY moisture. Make sure it doesn’t get wet so it won’t mold.

You can also do a rotation if you’d like or you could buy some small TP wet tabs for your emergency TP stockpile.

They cost a little bit more, but they save a ton of space. So those could be an option for you if you’re looking for a way to stockpile.

I also include baby wipes in this prepper supply category. They can come in handy when you don’t want to use your water supply to clean up a little bit.

Use baby wipes to clean your face, clean your hands, and feel somewhat fresh without wasting water.

So TP and sanitary wipes are prepper supplies you should have in your home before the next crisis.

cigarette butts

9. Vices

Next up is what I call vices.

These are things people want to have especially if they’re no longer available. The items they’ll have withdrawals without, So they’re vices because they’re addicting.

The first vice that comes to mind is cigarettes, and another one is alcohol.

IF you having these supplies in your home, you won’t have trouble trading them to people who are desperate.

It’s a fair trade,

“Hey, you really need a drink, you haven’t had one in a while? I’ll trade this shot for your nice boots.”

Or maybe you like to consume some of these vices and you’re worried,

“Hey if things get really bad, I’m going to need this.”

For example, when they put curfews and limits on alcohol stores around where I live, there was a huge run on alcohol.

So you know when there are limits on vices, people freak out. So you want to get a nice supply of those items ahead of time.

10. Batteries

The next prepper supply everybody should own is batteries. Everyone owns a lot of devices that use batteries.

What’s really cool is if you can get a solar charger, like some recharging using the sun.

Solar gear allows you can to recharge batteries.

USB BatteriesOr you can use what’s called the USB battery. These USB batteries allow you to take the top off and plug it into any kind of USB port.

Then it will recharge as long as you have either a solar charger or electrical outlet.

Or use just basic rechargeable batteries. Or you can just buy a lot of regular batteries as well.

Battery OrganizerAnd here’s a good way to organize them. This organizer’s pretty sweet actually.

It makes it so it’s really easy and I don’t have batteries just laying around everywhere. But having a good supply of batteries is a wise thing to put in your prepper’ss supply checklist.

Make sure you get some of those.

So those are the 10 things I think every house should own as far as prepper supplies before the next crisis.

Remember: Prepare, Adapt, and Overcome,

“Just In Case” Jack

P.s. Do you know where the closest nuclear bunker is from your home?

There are a lot of natural nuclear shelters in the US that are absolutely free. And one of them is near your home.
